Useless ang Customer service nila mini mislead at binibigyan nila ng false hope ang customer about the return/refund..!I'm about to lose my money na because i can't even go out to return the wrong item(imitation ray ban sunglasses) I received and i paid 4,081php nadapat resin doll na may kalakihan yung marerecieve ko!!!nag chat ako sa seller within the day after I receive the package and nag sorry si seller at sinabi nya na di na nila kukunin yung item at I refund ko nalang daw then nag patulong ako sa CS ng lazada and sinabi na I picked up nalang yung item dito sa bahay para maibalik sinunod ko naman sila then nag antay ako till today wla pang dumadating tapos dapat daw i drop off nalang eh di ngaako makalabas due to pandemic tapos sinendan pa ako ng form for pick up ulit na mai tendency na I decline!!!sana I informed nalang nila ako diba sa una palang para nagawan ko sana ng paraan ng makalabas kesa ilang araw na nag antay ako sa wala eh ngayon di ako makalabas at until July 1 nalang para maibalikyun item.. Nawawala nalang ng ganun nalang yung pera ko.
