The Bradford Exchange - AFTER 10 MONTHS, STILL NO REFUND!

Back in October 2020 I ordered a train set. First of all it took 3 months to receive ANYTHING, and even then it was several sets of tracks. When I finally received a car I was no longer interested. I cancelled my subscription however they kept sending me more tracks! I finally returned the last 2 sets of tracks as "refused". Since then, I have received 2 invoices for these sets. After going back and forth with these dimwits in customer service, I received ONE refund. All I keep getting from their "customer service" department is more form letters, more requests for item numbers, order numbers, etc which I provided 6 times!

User's recommendation: STAY AWAY! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

Twice they have "invited" me to call them to review my account. I told them via email that I am unable to make personal, lengthy calls during work hours as I am a nurse.

Both times I replied with this I did not hear back from them! I have just noticed they have charged my account AGAIN, TWICE, for the same tracks.

I ordered a subscription item back in November of 2020 and have yet to receive the set. However my account continued to be debited. I emailed customer service on multiple occasions, and received the same scripted responses. My request was simple; I asked them to check my account regarding what they had charged me for against what was actually shipped to me. Twice they simply stopped communicating with me which I take as a refusal to comply with my request.

User's recommendation: Do not order any subscription items, ie items which come in a series.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. It was actually resolved 6/29/20 (the calendar above wouldn't go back to June) to my complete satisfaction..

Bottom Line is: Quality fair to poor Refund action was 100% of the cost immediate without any hassle I would consider ordering from them again but for the sizing inaccuracies.

I also finally received the missing item. I think I will donate both dresses.

This would never have gotten resolved if not for your site!I would advise anyone to just stay clear of these cheap companies-the price may be right but the quality is poor, takes a long tome to receive, and they do not refund the price of the item unless you ship back to China at your expense.

It also takes them up to 2 weeks to credit your account. In the end it's better to pay a little more and skip the hassles..

I received an email from them stating that they are in China and how long it would take to return the item and how expensive it would be. So they offered me a 15% refund that I could "put towards tailoring the item to fit"! I asked for the address to return the item,...

Roselinlin is a SCAM company! I bought several dresses AUG.

2020 and they are cheap Polyester that look Nothing like the photos!

I paid $43.00 to return them to China and now all the Customer Service emails to them bounce back- I have no clothes I paid for, no reply from them and no credit on my credit card- Do Not Waste Your Money!! They should be shut down!!
