Alfa romeo 166

I perchused my 2003 alfa romeo 166 from the dealer by jan 2005 so the car was uesed by the dealer only with actual 6,000 KM only, manifacture warranty started from September 2005 tow years till Septembet 2007, As i meentioned according the warranty still valid i found out thats the air condition not performing well at all,, after i have recieved the service report from the dealer it mentioned there is aproblem with A/C from the first service at 5,000 KM, Till now they can not fix it, the car stay at the workshop weeks and weeks with no success, I have all documents from the dealer and more problems accurect during this period as well,, I would like to Post acomplaint letter to the consumer department at the quality department of the Head office of ALfa romeo,, and i did mailed many places many time like: 1- service@***a-italy.com.au 2- info@***.co.uk Please inform me where to reach an Extreem action toward this dealer who shall repot my case to the International Consumer people who incharge to this matter at Alfa romeo Thank you Khaled Al-Ali Kuwait City
