biggest scammers for online shopping! most of their sellers dont care about the customers, most sell very cheap low poor quality and some damaged items, sellers care only about the money theyll get, some items did not arrive and it says it was delivered when in fact there were none, poor customer service who cant resolve the issues but just talk in circles rather, most are dishonest
- U get what u paid for a cheaper price
- Sellers are not available to send the shipment
- Sellers are not clearly identified and no contact information
- Most sellers are only after the money they could get
Preferred solution: apology plus refund and reshipment

THIS TEMU IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS I’VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!IT DIDN’T ONLY HAPPEN TO ME BUT SOME OF MY FAMILIES AND FRIENDS AS WELL!THERE WERE ITEMS I ORDERED THAT DID’NT ARRIVE!

WHERE ARE THEY?! I ALREADY PAID FOR IT IVE BEEN WAITING FOR IT BUT NOTHING CAME IT'S NOT FAIR VERY DISHONEST TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!
- Only pros is cheaper items u get what u paid for
- Most sellers sell very cheap low quality items
- Most sellers dont care about the customers
- Most sellers are only after the money they could get

Temu - I need refund for the damaged items i ordered from them and it’s quite expensive thank u
there are 3 items i ordered from temu and they are all damaged pls this is a lesson for the company to always check the items first before packaging it and making sure its safe and secure in a case or box before putting it out for delivery, especially fragile items..this would reflect the companys reputation for customer satisfaction thank u
- There are actually good items at a cheaper price it depends what you ordered
- Improve quality of their products or items
- Sometimes it arrives late
- Items are the same but different prices

User's recommendation: temu company is actually ok but some items are damaged and some are cheaply made, it means u get what u paid for…it also depends upon the items you ordered
