Lazada Philippines - I always received an email from lazada that my items being delivered but I didn't received any text or call from your messenger

When I track my order was arrived in Mandaue Warehouse last June 10, 2020 but until now I didn't received it. In the email said that June 24 was unsuccessful has been made to deliver, I've never changed my address nor contact number.

Loie Argomedo Ely Trucking, wala akong na receive na tawag o text man lang, kaya wag kayong magsinungaling na nagdeliver kayo kasi ni anino wala.

Sa tagal ko nang palagi nag order sa Lazada ngayon lang hindi makarating sa akin tapos sabihin hindi ako makuntak, hindi available, nakapagdeliver pa nga yong isang taohan ninyo na wala ding asal noong June 23 sa isang order ko, tapos sabihin ninyo d ako makuntak ngayon?

nasa office lang nga ako.

Yan order na yan based sa tracking June 10 pa yan nandito na sa Mandaue, pina ka una na order ko yan pero bakit yon pa ang sinabi nyo na nag attempt kayo mag deliver kaso d ako makuntak?

walang nagbago sa address at contact number ko.

Lazada please pakiayos po nito... wala ang problema sa inyo, nasa trucking and their personnel ang problem.
