GolfDiscount Com - Order placed not completed

On June 07,2020 I placed an order with Golf Discount.com for golf balls. They were advertising 2 dozen Srixon balls for the price of one dozen. Within a few days I received only 1 dozen. The following day I sent and email requiring as to where was the 2nd dozen. After a few days I did not receive a response so I sent out a 2nd email. A couple days later I received and answer telling me that I should have ordered 2 dozen to get the sale price. If I wanted I could send back the dozen I received and reorder. I responded that this would be difficult to do because I had already used a couple of the balls and I mark all balls with a black line to help line up my putts. I did not get a response. So I waited a few days and sent out another email and once again got no response. Yesterday I sent out another email and they finally responded to me today saying that the sale is now over and there was nothing that could be done and that I placed the order wrong. I have done business with Golf Discount the past year or so and always have been happy with everything I have ordered. I feel that I have been a loyal customer and they should make good on the dozen golf balls owed me. I will not be ordering anything from them again and will do whatever possible to make sure golfers out there not to do business with Golf Discount.

User's recommendation: Be very aware of Golf Discount and make sure to read the fine print.
