Verified ReviewerUSPS - Useless website and AI
I just want to change how the postal worker delivers my packages. I have theft problems with the community mail box that is shared with others in my apartment complex.
The AI is completely useless constantly telling me to 'rephrase' my question. Useless. And when I try to click on the 'delivery' instructions tab on the tracking page, it does nothing. When I click on 'get help' it just loops me back around to the tracking page.
I am nearly done with shipping packages with the USPS and having USPS as a preferred method when ordering something online.
The entire USPS, from the top to the bottom is terrible. I hope congress decides to privatize this useless and wasteful government entity.
- Convenient locations
- Horrible website navigation
- Useless ai
- Inept from top to bottom
User's recommendation: Use UPS

Verified ReviewerFedEx - Package AGAIN delivered to wrong location
And once again, a FedEx driver does not take a photo as proof of delivery. All FedEx needs is for a driver to mark it as delivered and FedEx's hands are washed clean.
As far as I am concerned, FedEx IS NOT a clean company and they should be investigated by a federal agency. Perhaps the FTC.
FedEx has yet again delivered a package I was waiting for to the wrong location. This time the package contained medicine.
I share an address with a business but my address contains AN APARTMENT NUMBER. It appears that the FedEx driver either cannot read, is incompetent, or plain just does not care. This is not my first issue with FedEx and most have to do with delivery to wrong address.
The business owner was kind enough to bring my medicine to me personally. He did what FedEx was supposed to do.

Verified ReviewerGates - Difficult to claim warranty
Purchased a Gates serpentine kit from the Gates Store on a major online retailer. Fourteen months later and less than 5000 miles, the tensioner developed a squeal.
Headed to the online retailer to see what kind of warranty was available. Was provided a link to Gates which I clicked. On Gates own website it was stated clearly that this tensioner was warranted for life. I then emailed the company asking how to go about starting a warranty claim.
Days went by so I again emailed the company. The supplied me with a link to start the claim. Again, days went by so I, yet again, emailed Gates about how to proceed. A reply by Gates wanted to know where I filled out the required form which I provided Gates with.
The form was for the repair shop that installed the tensioner to fill out, and for me to submit. The repair shop filled out the form and I sublimated it online on the Gates website. Another few days went by and again, I emailed Gates about what to do next. Gates replied that there was some miscommunication between gates and myself and directed me to send in the kit, or at least the tensioner, I assumed.
Here is where it goes bad for me. In order for me to send in the part(s) for Gates to examine, I would either be left without a vehicle to drive while the parts are shipped to Gates, or, I would have had to purchase another kit, just under $75.00, and pay the repair shop to do the work. I emailed Gates that either option I thought I had would not work for me. 1.
I cannot go without a vehicle for more than a few days. 2. Why should I have to fork over more money in order to have a drivable vehicle while Gates examined the part(s). And to what end?
I also let Gates know that their warranty claim process is hard.
I had not heard back from Gates for the particular email conversation so, last week, I let Gates know that I had purchased a new tensioner from the main competitor, Dayco, and will not be wasting my time with Gates from this point forward and that I would never again purchase a Gates product and will warn the repair shop about buying Gates products. I have yet to hear back from Gates so at this point I will accept that Gates, while offering a warranty, makes it too difficult for a lay person to make a claim.
- Industry and consumer trust
- Unwilling to help the little guy
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Don't try to save a few dollars and buy parts and have a repair shop install them. Pay the shop's added price for the part. When the parts fail they'll have to deal with Gates which they are better able to handle.

Verified ReviewerAmazon CSR reps are liars
Don't trust anything customer service says. They tell you what you want to hear.
I only had to purchase again the part in question and wait for it to arrive. I was elated and accepted the offer. Was told that as soon as I had received the replacement part that I was to contact CS again through chat and then they would issue my promised refund. I did that but this time, another CSR said that the first CSR that I spoke to did not have the authority to issue this refund and they denied the refund altogether.
I have since revoked my Amazon membership and removed all payment options. When it is time for the annual renewal I will be done with Amazon. So now, I have to take the time to send the part back for a full refund which still leaves me driving around with a bad part in my vehicle. The company that offered the lifetime warranty is still being decided by me on how to proceed and if and when I make a complaint against them here.
at a time of my choosing. Amazon has issued an apology but it is of little consequence to me. They should honor a promise made by one of their own CSR's EVEN when the CSR is wrong. For Amazon, a company worth billions, to not make things right is unethical in my opinion.
And for a part that cost under $100.00 smells of pettiness and an uncaring thought of it's customers. Plus Amazon DOES NOT MAKE IT EASY to find chat records which I have yet to find.
- Fast delivery and convenient shipping
- Amazon does not honor what their csr reps say
Preferred solution: At this point there is not much Amazon can do for me. I have already canceled my membership.
User's recommendation: Beware of what Amazon CSR tell you

Verified ReviewerResolved: Varo Money - Canceled account after only 24 hours for no reason
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Varo sent me a bank check for the amount they owed me.
Don't even attempt to open a bank account with this company. They lie with promises of a high APR checking account, get your personal information i.e. SS number, address, linked bank accounts, and after making a large initial deposit, they cancel the account almost immediately with no reason given.
In my opinion, Varo is a scam bank designed to grab your personal info and kick you to the curb. STAY AWAY.
Have not yet heard back from Varo but it has only been a few days since pissedconsumer.com alerted me that Varo has read my review. I have never taken a company to small claims court or filed a police report against a company but am seriously considering it if Varo does not either contact me through the contact links they already have on file, or return my $1000.00 immediately. I stand by my original assessment of Varo as being a fraud company.
In the 24 hours that I had the account I initiated money transfers from banks and updated the new bank account with my various other accounts in order to link them all together. I feel like an idiot now that I have given Varo all the legal information such as SS number, addresses, and my other financial institutions personal information. I opened this account solely for the purpose of the high interest paid that Varo purportedly offered, nearly 4% annually. I feel as though I was suckered into creating this account by Varo for what reason I do not know.
Maybe they allowed me to create the account just to get my personal information like addresses and phone numbers so that they can now sell to other unscrupulous identities? I should have listened to that little voice in my head that told me if it sounds too good to be true it probably isn't.
- Purported high apr
- Cancels accounts without explanation
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: Stay away from these fraudsters.

Verified ReviewerResolved: PayPal - Delay in refunding money
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
Stop using PayPal to complete purchases. They take too long to close cases in buyers favor.
I have already withdrawn my money from their savings program and also no longer have selling profits deposited into PP. All selling profits now go into my regular bank.
PayPal consistently pushes the completion date of the dispute back. I have supplied them with all the relevant information about the fake company, even supplying them with the reviews and links to those reviews that I have researched from numerous online review boards, which confirms my opinion about this company as being a fake, they still have not refunded my money. I have been with PayPal for a long time but I will now be closing my account with them as well as withdrawing my money from their savings bank. And I have told PayPal of my plans.
Maybe that is why they are delaying my dispute resolution because my account cannot be closed with them while there are unresolved disputes? I would not put it past PayPal to do this. But I am one step ahead of PayPal.
I will not be using my PayPal card to make further purchases and will be finding another company to deposit future earnings into. Enough is enough.
- Customer service especially the ai assistant and slow resolutions
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: If you like having teeth pulled, by all means join PayPal.

Verified ReviewerTrack718 - False tracking and delivery notification
If a company sends you a link to track718 to track a package, assume you have been scammed.
Delivery notice from track718.us says delivered.
No package, no contact, no photos.
Seller was (another fake company) premiumrvparts.com
The shipper was SZKJ, is a far Eastern company. On their website, {{Redacted}} at the bottom of their home page, when translated, says 'contact' but the link is not clickable.
Order placed 01/25/26
I followed tracking on track718 as well as 4tracking for the entire 30 days. No package was delivered, no contact info for PRVP, and the contact link at the shippers website is not clickable.
The cost that I am currently asking PayPal to reimburse me for is only $30 plus change but still, I believe I was defrauded.
I have filed a report with both the FBI and the FTC.
Maybe they can shut down, at least, PRVP, so that others do not get scammed.
User's recommendation: Ask your seller to ship either UPS or USPS and AVOID ALL LOGISTICS COMPANIES ALTOGTHER.

Verified ReviewerPremium RV Parts - Fake website
Following my recent complaints to the FBI, FTC, and PayPal, it seems as though this fake website has been taken down. This is just a reminder that if you see something, say something. No other potential buyer will be scammed by premiumrvparts.com ever again.
This is a fake company. Do not order.
Ordered two items on 01/29/2026. Nearly 30 days later tracking says items delivered.
Shipping was from China to the USA. Shipping service known as SZKJ logistics website has no contact information. Email to the seller, premiumrvparts.com has gone unanswered. Order confirmation was sent with a return address support-pulse.com, which, when using a search engine, comes up with no information useful to me.
A search for reviews of premiumrvparts.com results in numerous negative reviews. Fake website has been reported to the Federal Trade Commission and a PayPal claim has been submitted.

Verified ReviewerFedEx no accountability
If possible, use any delivery service except FedEx. They hide behind their policy of any shipment shipped using FedEx Surepost that has gone missing or has been misdelivered, the receiver must contact the shipper to file a missing package case.
This policy is ludicrous as it was the FedEx driver that delivered my close to $200.00 valued package to a company located near, but not at, my apartment.
The shipper did their job. The driver did not.
It seems as though shipping with FedEx Smartpost, FedEx delvers the package to the USPS for final delivery. I did receive my package to me today by the business owner of the company that is just behind me.
No one informed me of how Smartpost works. FedEx should have advised me that the USPS had final delivery. Even though USPS mis-delivered my package, I still blame FedEx. They are ultimately responsible for making sure my package is delivered to me and me alone.
By not notifying me of how Smartpost works, or not informing me that the package was left at my local PO for final delivery, FedEx failed at assuring me my package would be safe in their hands. It's fortunate that an honest person brought me my package instead of someone that saw an opportunity to steal a nearly $200.00 item and keep it themselves. Shame on FedEx for being so careless with other peoples purchases.
My 1 out of 5 star rating for FedEx will not be changed and will never again have anything else shipped with them. Never!
On delivery day, I purposely stayed home to make sure it was delivered. Checked tracking, said it was delivered. Looked outside and...nothing. I immediately called customer service, got someone that I barely understood.
I explained the situation hoping they would call the driver, like the USPS and UPS usually do and was told I needed to contact the shipper. Huh? Shipper is 5000 miles away, on the other side of the world and it is Friday. I pleaded with the CS rep to call the driver as he was most likely still in the area.
Nope! Got the same answer. Must contact the shipper. It seems the shipper used FedEx Smartpost and the CS rep told me in the case of Smartpost, company policy dictates I contact the shipper.
After 30 minutes of griping, I just laid the phone down and muted it as the CS rep continued to talk. I then went to the website to file a claim. Easy? Nope!
It seems as though, you guessed it, all Smartpost claims must be filed BY THE SHIPPER. Recipients of Smartpost packages ARE NOT ALLOWED TO FILE CLAIMS! I will be contacting NY's AG and well as Federal agencies, like the Federal Trade Commission as well as others. How can a multi-million dollar company continue to operate with so many bad reviews.
And I call one star out of five bad. Very bad.
- Two bit company
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: Use UPS or the USPS.

Your problem is two-fold, neither caused by the USPS. The “community mailbox” is the standard YOUR apartment complex has set up.
That can’t be changed through “notes” or “special instructions”. If items are being stolen, it is your responsibility to file a police report and effect change in your complex’s mail delivery. Second, USPS is the “preferred” delivery of no one.
It is merely the cheapest option. So you need to take personal responsibility for a situation USPS is not in charge of and talk to your complex management, file police reports and/or pay extra for delivery through FedEx or similar.
You must be a postal employee. And yes, you can change where the package is left.
