Bonanza - Phonies! RUN, don't wlak from this site, you asking to toss your money away.

Update by user Oct 14, 2018

I keep getting these canned responses from Bonanza telling me there's nothing they can do. I filed a complaint with PayPal and sent them 20 pages of documentation.

They are "looking into it".

Also I found the company is selling through Bonanza from Bulgaria. Both...

Mid America Motorworks - Completely inept and phony

I wish I had read the reviews before I did business with these incompetent fools. I placed an order on May 8th for nearly $2000 of parts for a project car. Until Tuesday 6.27.20117, they kept telling me a slew of parts were on back order. So I got the names of their suppliers. Bar none, not one of the suppliers had an order related to Mid America or me. I wasted just shy of 2 months for nothing but excuses, lies and gross incompetence. Now they don't have the guts to tell me what happened, won't return phone calls or e-mails. Guess I have some internet posting to make about these losers. As an aside, all the parts have shipped from the various suppliers and none were shocked that Mid America was involved. All this time I paid storage for a car they couldn't work on because there were no parts. Still to this day, no contact attempts made by them. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!2017-07-25. 13+ e-mails unknown number of phone calls and Still nothing form these jokers. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

KitchenAid lies and it's customer service is pathetic

Update by user Oct 22, 2016

The customer service attitude of "oh well" or better yet total silence when asked why the product isn't clearly described ANYWHERE.

Original review posted by user Oct 21, 2016
We bought a $1000.00 range hood during our kitchen renovation. It was put in but couldn't be hooked up to the electricity due to the fact no power cord was supplied. When I called I was told "Oh the unit has to be hard wried into the electricity. I asked where in their literature or on line does it say that all I got was dead silence. Nothing they can do for me, have to hire an electrician because they can't take the time to disclose you need to have it professionally installed. Home Depot who I bought it from doesn't list anything on their site either. If you can't be honest and upfront stop scamming consumers. Trust me KitchenAid is no where near what it used to be in terms of quality and "the" thing to buy. Unless company and service.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING MADE BY HEWLETT PACKARDS

HP has to be one of the lowest forms of corporate life there is, only Comcast is ahead of it. HP sends out a firmware update that renders aftermarket or recycled ink cartridges ineffective, hoping of course you'll run out and buy their wildly over priced ink. This is not the first time. There was a class action suit for a very similar situation a few years back. This blasted behemoth thinks it can do anything it wants to damage a consumer and get away with it. Well HP, it's just not going to be tolerated. Your loosing market share in several areas due to incompetent management. You've made horrible acquisitions and you ran out of town on rail Carly "I think I want to be president" Fiorino after she nearly bankrupted your gangster outfit.

Dans Fan City - Dan's Fan City/ Refuse to stand by their warranty

We bought an expensive ceiling fan from these people in April 2015. We were told it was the best thing since ever and guaranteed. We had them install it to preserve the warranty. Well the fan has developed a problem. I called and e-mailed several times. Here is the quote from the actual e-mail I received dated 12.23.2015: "IT HAS BEEN EXPLAINED TO ME THAT DAN'S FAN CITY DOES NOT SERVICE OR REPAIR FANS UNLESS IT IS UNDER A WARRANTY CLAIM. EVEN WITH A WARRANTY CLAIM WE DO NOT PERFORM HOUSE CALLS." I was stunned, where exactly do they think they installed the fan? At the bus station?! This is my 2015 favorite for the stupidest response this year.

I know this is an old thing from a "Pissed Customer" but I was just going through things for laughs tonight and saw this one. WOW!

I don't know of anyone that does house calls for free these days, unless you pay a fortune for useless "extended warranties" and then they don't really usually help. Anyways, I've bought lots of fans from Dan's Fan City and only ever had one issue. I took the fan in and they replaced it with a new one once they filed the warranty claim for me.

Sometimes you have to at least do your part to get service, and you cannot expect everyone to bend over backwards and kiss your butt. You remind me a Bernie Sanders supporter, always with a hand out.

I’m not with Dans Fan City, but do manage a lighting showroom. I was researching and saw this post.

No fan warranty includes in home service, exception for Casablanca which is only for the first 90 days, and even theirs has a lot of grey areas in how it works. To Dans fans defense, send your fan back to the manufacturer, that’s how fab warranties work to get service.

TO “LIDS/LOCKERROOM WHO TRIED TO RUIN CHRISTMAS

Ordered a simple Fedora for a man in a nursing home as an anonymous gift. What did Lids do? They chose to use the slowest, cheapest delivery option, USPS, which can’t find it’s way in broad daylight! Nor can the USPS compete with a single private carrier even if they bought new horses for there outdated, snail mail, pony express. I should have known from the start something about this was not going to work out. First they manipulated the order date, they show 12.5.2015 my credit card was charged on 12.2.2015. So what happens, the gift giving was yesterday, I had to run out and try to find a Fedora, as to not disappoint someone because of Lids/Locker Room gross negligence. The best is calling “Customer Care”, that is of course only if you have hours to kill on hold or have them call back at 10pm. Lids, cannot obviously handle volume or a simple order during the holiday season. I can’t imagine what “Lids” people do on the off-season. Total and complete mismanagement. Still waiting!!!!!!!
