Premier Senior Marketing - They "roll" your cleints and they end up not yours anymore!

I was submitting business with Premier Senior Marketing and they owe me over $15,000 on policies that I wrote and submitted to them. When it was time to get paid my check never came. PSM blamed their recruiter, Sam H in mansfield, OH and said he had my money. He in return blamed PSM and I never got paid. I found out that they "rolled" all my clients and I was no longer the agent on my clients and they were now listed as the agents and kept all my renewals. When they tell you that you are vested 100% immediately they are lying to your face. Stay away from the guy from Beiruit, Lebanon that will steal all your comissions and blame PSM. They blame each other and this is why they had the cash to buy their very own private jet. BE CAREFULL! I never did get paid by these liars and theives!

SSIP Insurance Partners - They didn't pay me over $15,000 in comissions

Sam from 1SSIP blamed Premier Senior marketing when I didn't get my comission check on dozens of Anthem medicare policies. Premier Senior marketing told me that Sam kept my comission check and he would be paying what he owed to me. I necver received my money, they "rolled" all my clients to the owner of PSM and I never saw my renewals. These guys that lie and tell you that you are vested immediately won't pay you if they find out that you aren't submitting all of your business to them AFTER they cut your comissions when you feel comfortable submistting your business there. Find a brokerage that won't steal from you like they did to me. They lied to me and swindled me out of Over $15,000 in ONE year!

Did you report this to ODI or CMS? I'm sure you didn't because you don't have proof.

You should be ashamed of yourself for blaming others for your mistakes. I'm sure that you blame your teachers for the fact that you can't spell or use punctuation correctly.

Bankers Life And Casualty Company - Bankers Life & Casualty Company

Bankers life and Casualty is Horribble! I was a field trainer there and they are really bad. I have several stories of lying, cheating, sex, ***, ect among the agents in Erie PA. They even said to work there that I must sign the licensing forms that say I was a resident in PA when in fact, I live in Ohio. The employment starts from a lie in the licensing division. I was told that they send a check to a lady in PA licensing div and pay her off. I dont know if that is true, but I know for a fact that they lie about almost everything they do. Their contests are fixed, the agents lie to people about surrender charges and interest rates, and *** was playing in the office and put in by a manager there and all watched weather they wanted to or not in the Erie, PA office.. A manager in her mid 20's is sleeping with a higher up manager that could be her father and they promoted a girl making a sixth of my income because they didn't want to hurt the income going into Roberta's and Joes household!. It took me six monthes to get the unlawfull licensing straightened out! When I called the div:. of insurance they told me that it was my fault that I took the job and signed those papers with it being incorrect?. They didn't care that to get a job that a multi-billion dollar company manager is lying to get the job done/. They didn't care that I lost over $80,000 while I was waiting to get it switched around:. The only thing they care about is sales|. Why does that company have a minimum ten year contract for senior citizens that goes up to 15 years? I was in a house where my manager lied to a senior about a surrender charge that would have come off in two weeks, but she was worried about winning a trip, so she did not disclose it to the seniors.. This company should be banished for bad practices!!! Horrible lies to the employees and public!!!!

@Mr Insurance Man,

It is obvious that you did not fully read the post, either that or you work for Bankers.

They clearly stated that Bankers filed the paperwork and after they filed it, it took a long time to get it straight with the state because it was incorrect on so many illegal levels and was deliberately so on the part of Bankers.

Yes, you can get a non resident license. Mosts states require you to have a license in the state that you are in first though and the office put the office's address as the poster's address. That is clear and pre-meditative fraud on their behalf.

The poster was very lucky that they weren't charged and sentenced because of Banker's actions...

Dear Mr. Insurance Man,

They absolutely are lying on the agents paperwork and using Bankers Life and Casualty in Erie as the agents' "home address" and get them licensed as a PA resident agent even though live in New York and Ohio.

Why do they do this? It is illegal to train in another state for the licensing and Bankers in Erie doesn't want to spend the money to train agents in other states so they just lie on the paperwork. Kinda like they lie about everything from the moment you are hired there. They teach their agents how to lie and not disclose penalties to senior citizens and put them in equity indexed policies where the seniors are NOT best off in their situation.

The agents put them where they can make the money. Do you blame them? If you had a boss sitting at home raking in the over-rides like I did then you would start getting discouraged also. Lie, LIE, LIE is what they are about.

Don't forget all the churning I saw first hand! What about the agent in Erie that got busted forging signatures and is still employed?

What about the manager that put in the *** tape in front of a room full of professional agents, the manager in Erie actually promoted him! They make me ill with all the illegal things they do in Erie, PA @ Bankers Life & Casualty.

Hello,

I am certain you did not explain some of your trhoughts fully nor completely. For a fact an insurance agent can live in Pennsylvania be licensed in Pennsylvania and apply for a no resident license in all contiguous states such as Ohio, West Viriginia, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York; and become a license non resident agent licensed and therefor permitted to write insurance in a state that you do not live in. No doubt that is what Erie office of Bankers had in mind. You may live in Ohio obtain a non resident Pennsylvania license legally and ethically proper.

Inanmuch as you did not perhaps understand this simple fact and did not execute this rather routine paperwork properly perhaps you did not understand an lot more of what was happening in your branch office and in your Bankers career.

An Insurance man.

WINDSTREAM TELEPHONE IS THE WORST!

Windstream messed around for three weeks to set up my business phone. Horrible service. When they finally did set it up then they "forgot" to set up my fax line. The first time the serviceman was "supposed" to show up they didn't because their home office gave me the wrong date. The serviceman also was supposed to call and he didn't. I also asked the serviceman to make sure that I had another plug and his response was, get wireless. Now my phones are out AGAIN and service will have to come here for a fifth time in three months. They aren't adjusting my rates for this Mess. If you have an option besides Windstream then take it!

IHT Insurance Agency from Ohio

IHT tells agents that they will help you "build your book" but in fact roll your clients and don't disclose the way they hide all passwords from their agents to restrict your production unless you produce minimal levels which is against the contract you sign with them. They will also barter comissions if you "hold out" on them so they start with a horrible contract and "get what they can" out of agents. Don't sign the contract unless you want to "sell" your book and not get paid on it! This company "hides" exclusive agents so they can write business and they can have a larger book. BE EXTREMELY carefull and do your homework before signing with these people that wont even return phone calls once you sign that contract and you jhave a TWO year NON-COMPETE (most companies are one year). They also FRY agents in court if you try to get your own contracts. BE Carefull and DON"T let the name IHT Integrity Honesty Trust fool you. The worst thing I ever did in my caree was sign with these crooks!

What about they said “you can either sell your book to IHT Agent or let It with them . The carriers will service.

Your customers & you still get paid “. Thanks !

#646646

I can't understand why somebody from IHT would put a comment that says to call them before making any honest posts. This is the USA and we have freedom of speech here.

C'mon you've GOT to be kidding us! :x
