I was hacked about 2 years ago, and the hacker used my account all the way in England. They, of course, used a fake Apple Pay card.

I received no email or notifications about a device getting into my account; that was Uber's first fail. Then the hacker takes a trip; the total cost is like £43. Mind you, I'm in California and have never been to England. I filed a fraudulent charge claim, to which Uber replied, 'We're sorry if you feel that this is an unrecognizable charge, but we can confirm there was no unauthorized access to your account.

Please pay the balance, and we can restore your account to good standing so you can continue using our service!' This sent me into a rage. Uber, you guys screwed me and my only ride to work for a job I just started.

I've also started a group complaint. Please sign to help me out.

After being a loyal customer for 5 years and spending thousands on this site, Chumba made a false claim about a chargeback even though it was a mistake on their end via the third-party company they use for handling transactions between the user and their site. I've provided every proof of payment I've ever made, which is well over 10k.

For them to treat me like this and give me no fair chance to dispute this is disrespectful and completely unethical business practice. Now I know why they have such a pathetic business structure pertaining to its customer service department. They don't provide any representative for customer contact other than through email, with no live agent support. They don't ever give a straight answer, or even worse, they will completely ignore you and never respond.

Chumba Casino, I hope someday will pay for wrongfully closing its customers' accounts when they try to redeem without any form of justification.

They hide behind its impossible, incompetent customer support. I do not recommend spending your money at this site; you will get screwed big time like myself and many, many others.
