You can't reserve by phone when your office is closed the sites say they can't do it unless you are there. What is the point of that and when I'm on the road I can't do booking online hands free duh

Here it i the 10th of May 2018 and STILL NO RESPONSE or any hint of concern from TA/Petro about this issue. Looking at their link on this site https://travelcenters-of-america.pissedconsumer.com/review.html provides answers to the situation - 0 Issues Resolved, 221 Total Reviews, $8.3K in Claimed Losses, and an average of $1K Loss per claim.I have minimized the amount of business I do with the TA/Petro shops. If I can get the service elsewhere I do. When I'm forced to have the TA/Petro shop perform work, it is minor and I monitor every step. Currently, the work is restricted to an Oil and filters change, everything else goes to another shop I can trust or I do it myself. When I figure out what to do with 12 gallons of oil I'll stop using the TA/Petro shops.It's disturbing that so few shops are around that you can trust, especially the chains. As a business owner I have a large investment in equipment and I strive to take care of problems when they're small before they become a big problem. The TA/Petro shops are negating my efforts with their neglect of taking care of the simple, but critical items such as lubrication. To compound the situation, they've charged me for services not ...olen money from me. I'm sure if I walked into a TA/Petro and taking things I didn't pay for I would have some legal problems.Many of the owner operators I've spoken with have voted with their pocketbooks and refuse to do business with TA/Petro and other large chains. Many are unhappy with the situation. It is clear why medium and large companies have their own shops and ONLY in extreme situations will they have a service performed at a TA/Petro. It is also clear why these companies insist that pictures be provided for the proposed work and why all work has pass through and approval process - they can't trust the TA/Petro shops.I'm very disappointed in the situation; all the years I've spent building a good business relationship has been a lie, waste of time, waste of money, and has cost tens of thousands of dollars in downtime and repairs.

The parking lot usually looks the same as the pet area - *** everywhere and bags of human excretion on the ground. In addition to the drivers parking illegally in the lanes of travel blocking other drivers that are trying to get out. I don't stop there anymore.

good afternoon my name is kent baugher,Ifilled up with fuel and def at the TA in Concordia MO,it wasn't 5 miles down the road and the lights on the dash started going on I checked the owners manuel and one of the icons that appeared said bad DEF .I ran as far as I could till the truck went in low power mode.i limped in to MHC Kenworth in st joseph mo ,I was in a motel for a week and the truck was in the shop ,it cost me $300.00 plus in motel and $5500.00in repair bills not counting a weeks worth of lost income .I submitted all receipts to jervane at corp . and he,s telling me it wasn't because of bad DEF when the truck ran fine till I put ur DEF in it. please reavaluate my claim,and you can reach me at 786390****.thank you.

You wont allow game systems to hook up to your internet. It sucks considering how expensive it is for internet at ta petro. But youll allow phones and laptops streaming movies.. xbox n ps systems use about 6mbps vs laptops and phones much higher.
