Mac cosmetics are thieves

Do not, I repeat do not use Mac cosmetics. They supposedly have a satisfaction guarantee. That if you do not like their product, you can return it and they will give you your money back. Heck I don't even mind a store credit. This is the second time I've returned something and they won't refund the money. 2nd time They said they never sent it to me. Well how the *** do i have an item they never sent to me? They make you jump through hoops to get your money back. I was told the 1st time I can take it to a Mac store and they would process the return. I drove to the freaking galleria (closest store which is 40 miles for me) and they said they couldn't help me, that I had to call in. Called in, could barely understand the guy that answered and he said send product back. Gave me a label and everything. I get an email 2 wks later, they can't refund me Bc they don't see it in the system. Not only did I spend my time and gas getting there, but I wasted my money on a *** poor product. Money that on a firefighters salary (tight budget) could have gone to something else. They are no help at all when calling or speaking to the "supervisor". 2nd time I called, they did the same thing. Only this time when I called "It must have been in error that we sent it to you Bc it was out of stock", yet I was charged for it. Can't return anything at Macy's unless you have a receipt, they won't even deal with you. I shop origins at Macy's and have no problem returning items, even for a store credit. I will be switching my makeup and never using Mac cosmetics again. Satisfaction guarantee my ***, Pissed off consumer is more like it. They are supposed to have a satisfaction guarantee, not sorry we can't help you bs. I'm not satisfied. And will be blasting this on all social media.

GO Imaging in Humble, TX

Don't use GO imaging in Humble (green oaks diagnostics) They tell you one price, then come back and say you owe them money. I had a CT scan when I had my kidney stones and they quoted me $250 cash price. Then we gave them my insurance card and the lady wasn't in the office but they promised they would cover any additional cost if the insurance says it will cost more. I got a freaking bill for an additional $50, and called them, they said it didn't have anything to do with the CT scan, well if it doesn't have anything to do with the CT scan why do I have to pay a difference. It's to make the CT scan a 3d rendering. Well isn't that what a CT scan is? She said they didn't make any notes in my file about covering the difference. She supposedly talked to her manager, and said I still have to pay it. Charge me the cash price instead of being jackholes and trying to get more money out of me. I specifically called around for the best price, and this place offered it. I will never go there again.

Usps - Delivery Service Review from Humble, Texas

This has happened many times, and the post office won't fix the problem. We have those community mail boxes, and they have the bigger boxes on the bottom for packages. But the mail lady refuses to use them. One day i got a notice that i missed a delivery. I was home all day. The next week i got a message that said their was no secure place to leave my package. I have seen her just throw the packages from the street trying to aim at my door. I have even caught her just dropping packages from chest height. I have video feed of some of the laziness of this woman but like i said our postmaster won't do a darn thing to fix the problem. They both need to be fired. It is the post office in humble tx 77338, not the airport (fox villas) post office. It is the one on 1st.

Austin Kayak - AustinKayak.com worst cs ever

I purchased a Yeti 20 oz lid online through AustinKayak.com and through the entire checkout process it said it was available. Once I received my confirmation e-mail it said it was on backorder for 1-2 weeks and I would receive an e-mail when it ships, so I thought no big deal I don't need it right this minute. 2.5 weeks later no e-mail, so I call them to see what is going on because Yeti has the lids back in stock, so AKC should too, well they tell me they don't have them and I ask if they have contacted Yeti as to when they will get them and they just said no and they are expecting them any day, so I wait. A month has gone by and I look at AKC's website and it says they have the lids and if you order them they will ship the following day, so I call the next day and ask what is going on with my order, the girl looks up my order, places me on hold, comes back and says they have enough lids to fulfill my order and I should get a confirmation e-mail today or tomorrow, so I confirm I will get me lid in the next few days and she says yes. 2 days pass and I get an e-mail from AKC and I think it is the one I am waiting on, nope it states I have to update my payment info, since it is past 30 days! Are you freaking kidding me that *** girl didn't say anything about it when I spoke to her on Monday. So I call and update it and again ask when I will get my lid, they tell me they are now out of lids, the people that called on Monday to update their payment info then all got them. Well I wasn't told about it when I called in to ask about my order on MONDAY. I am so furious at this point I could start a screaming match with this guy, but I know it won't get me anywhere because these people don't care, they just don't seem to care about much of anything. They don't communicate with you about anything at all, I have had to call each time and they are so blaise about everything, no one their communicates with each other, they could have put a note in my file saying it need payment info updated, so I could have had that done on the Monday I called in so I could have gotten the lid with the shipment they received instead of them being out of them. what is the point of my updating my payment info if they are out of lids anyway? O- they may have an order in tomorrow, but it may or may not be there! What kind of company says stuff like that?

Centurylink is a terrible customer for loyal customers

I have been a loyal customer of centurylink for 12+years and recently suffered a job loss. I called in February to see if centurylink could offery anything on reducing my bill, but got nowhere. Then in March called again to cancel my services, I was told I would get a $10 loyalty credit every month for 12 months if I kept the phone line, so I agreed. It was not applied in April because I apparently did not make the call before that billing cycle. Then I received the bill for May and it was still not applied. I called on Monday May 4th and they said it was not applied because I was not approved for it because it was only for those with high speed internet. I do not want hs internet, I stated to the guy at least 20 times. I told them if you review the transcript or recording you will hear me tell him this very firmly over and over again. he said he would apply the credit but the offer stands for 2 more weeks, again I said I was not interested in hs internet, I just want the credit. I woke up on the next day to an e-mail saying my services changed to include hs internet with no credit. I called and the girl said there was nothing in the notes, she got the manager on the line and he said there is nothing that can be done since the order for hs internet (with out my approval) has been put through. In addition I have to use the new service. I don't want the new service. I did not agree to the new service. I told him to listen to the recording, he was not interested in what I was telling him. He said he could *** the hs internet but, put in at the new phone service which is higher rated, but could offer me $5 off for 6 months. What part of do not have a job does not comprehend? I am not trying to be rude, but seriously I am trying to lower my bills and they can do nothing but raise the phone bill and then "lower" by offering it to me higher than what I was paying before. That does not make sense to me. Today I received a letter saying I owed them $15 for the connection services of the internet which i never authorized and had cancelled within 1 day of them putting it through. I had a $11 credit on my bill due to over payment. now they want to charge me additional amounts, for their incompetence. I have never been late with payments or anything. How can they possibly screw over a loyal on time customer like this. A home phone at $45 a month with no additional features is absurd to begin with.
