Scotiabank - No Respect and Slow/No Service

I recently switched to Scotia Bank for the no-fee student accounts - yay! I am very pleased with the employee that helped me apply for everything - thank you Lianne! But, there is this one (lack of better words) *** looking women that sometimes works at the receptionist desk in the front that has little respect and good work attitude when confronting customers. On TWO different occasions this worker thought she was highly enough to use the handicap door button MULTIPLE times, when she clearly has no disabilities. This is horrible respect for others. Every time I have been in there (2 times) that she has been working, she has used the button more than once - how awful! The last time I was in the bank, I was in there to sign some papers, however, I just showed up without an appointment as Lianne just told me to pop in whenever I had the time. I ended up standing, clearly, in the front of the bank for 7+ minutes and NO ONE said anything, or greeted me. Needless to say I left without signing the papers.

lol my daughter uses that button too I suppose in your perfect judgemental little world she's awful too

No, a child is a child and would not know any better. They think of it as fun. But when a grown women, that is also an employee, uses this button because she is too lazy to manually open the door - then there is a problem.

Subway - New Employee - No Help - SLOW

My fiance and I went to Subway for dinner. As my fiance was ordering, there was only one older employee that seemed to be new, that was making all the sandwiches - it gets busy around the noon and supper time hours. This employee had little knowledge of how to make subs, and was confused on how to "extra toast" a sub (put it in twice.. which she was exactly told by another employee). This is another problem, not only was she the only one making everything and obviously being very slow.. There was another employee there just fiddling with the cash register doing whatever. At least help your new co-worker out? If you see a long line-up... help?

well obviously if the other employee is new then she cannot be at the register, rather burn a sandwich than have her give out the wrong change. Also you don't know if there was a problem with the till or not, the perfect solution is that if you cant wait then leave and go somewhere else.

It seems as though you did not read my "review" thoroughly enough, or I did not explain clearly.

The one employee was standing at the register doing NOTHING, playing with her nails, while the new employee - not knowing how to work - was struggling to keep up with customers.

Canada Post - Irregular Mail Delivery

I can't expect my mail everyday, and if there is mail, I can expect it anywhere in between 10am-5pm.. This is ridiculous. When I lived a 2 minute walk from where I am now, I could always expect it right in between 11am-2pm and got it (or someone on my street did) every day. Here, it is opposite and very annoying. We had already called and complained once because we hadn't gotten mail for a week, but looks like that did a lot. And now they are proposing to get rid of the door-to-door mail delivery. Not happy about this either for various reason! I just don't think they care.

Corbrets Pet Depot - Horrible Driving

If you are driving in general, especially for a company, especially with your company's decals on the vehicle - you need to drive extra cautiously and follow road rules (applies to everyone though). I was driving close to an older man driving a Lincoln MKC with the Corbret's Pets and Ponds decal on the back window. To say the least: horrible and aggressive-like driving. Passing people left and right in the double lane just to get 1-2 cars ahead & not using his signal. Honestly, this horrible driving makes me not want to visit their shop.. It actual really irks me when there are bad drivers on the road, especially when they are company vehicles.. Aren't you trying to set good examples that people will be like hey, I want to go there! But I rather keep my distance and not encourage this type of road behaviour.

My son has had his first (2) pairs of glasses from Hakim for 9 months now. I have just gotten back from getting them fixed a 3rd time. If I wanted to have them fixed every time something happened, I would be taking them in every week.. both pairs.. and that's just too...
