Sports mangement company : aka Hardcandy ... such an awful management company, no customer service or respect for members. we signed contract in January to join Hardcandy. the gym due to open 16/03/2015.. Jopp took our money 876 euro, although have not replied to 8 emails we sent them or officially informed us when the gym will open, 23/04/2915 still not open... their sales staff said letters and email were sent 13/03/2015 to i form us... funny !!! just 3 days before it should of opened.. yet the site for training still had nothing installed and still we have no communication from them officially. how can Jopp seriously be regarded as a management company!!!...
