Green Power - Bad Service. Non delivery. Seeking Refund

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. The company has resolved the matter.

I was compensated for their bad service and delays.

I now have possession of the scooter. There are some problems with it but I have not yet notified the company..

This electric mobility scooter company is quick to show off its Green scooters and take customers money for pre-orders. What is unknown is they are slower to deliver, and ultimately failed to do so on the dates promised. Each time the non confirmed date was moved...

Falinas - Rogue company

I made a single purchase of eyeliner make up. This company without my permission, signed me up to their V.I.P membership. In the space of 1 month, they have withdrawn money from my bank, without my permission by retaining my visa card details. They have taken chunks of money and are not providing a service or a product. I have contacted them. They state they have cancelled the membership, I never asked for or never signed up for. They refuse to refund my money but are trying to force me to use it to buy make up that I don't need or want.

User's recommendation: Stay away from this company, I now checked and other people have had the same problem. Do not buy their goods.

Further to my complaint and a subsequent complaint whereby the delivered fridge freezer had a missing foot. I was contacted by a very nice profession young man who kindly resolved all my issues. The barbecue was collected and a refund issued; plus a satisfactory good will gesture was given. The Fridge freezer I kept, as my old one broke and my food would spoil by the time I reordered a replacement for the one delivered. I was awarded a satisfactory discount. I also wrote commendation for the two delivery men, who provided an excellent service. I have had my trust renewed in Argos. I am extremely grateful to the young man that so amicably and professionally resolved the issues. Thank you Argos.

User's recommendation: Don’t accept bad service. Argos is a responsible retailer. They will take note of formal complaints and always put matters right.

I was contacted by Claire from the CEO’s office. She apologised but continued to back up the false reason for my order not arriving.

No mention was made why money was accepted for an order the Range had no intention of delivering. Neither why they failed to return my money for 2 months. It was only because of this brilliant website that I got the Range’s attention and my money refunded. I am a disabled person and this experience has been extremely distressing and debilitating, having to chase up orders that never arrived; and trying to get my refund and a reasonable resolution.I was offered a goodwill gesture of waived delivery charge on my next order.

I found this extremely offensive and inadequate considering all that I had to go through with this company.I have informed my social media followers of the conduct and out come of my dealings with this company. I will no longer be buying from them, unless suitable amend is made.. I am absolutely furious and disgusted by their customer service and the poor remedial action offered.

I find this company to be dishonest and unreliable. I don't feel valued as their customer.

Placed an order for next day delivery in May. It did not arrive. Phoned the range had over an hours wait to be answered. Then given a bogus reason. I reordered on the phone but 1 item was no longer in stock. The 2nd order has not arrived and again no notification and my money not refunded. Cant get through on the phone and my emails are ignored, even email to CEO not answered. They have kept my money for over 2 months and have not told me if the order is cancelled.
