On june 9th i was at work when the us foods truck pulled in to make a delivery and about 20-30 mins after he left i went outside and noticed my van had been hit and had a big dent and my whole back window was busted out. After making a hit and run report i contacted us foods and spoke with the lady in charge. She filed a claim and weeks later i was contacted by there insurance agent who has been rude and very lazy. I had to contact the police to see how she could get the police report. I had to send photos of my van to her and and she just now spoke with the driver in the last day or and emailed me today saying she spoke with the driver and he denied hitting me so she was denying my claim

I worked at the ta in rawlins wyo until the new km joe got in my face and called me a *** *** and said he never wanted to see my face again and when my gm called the district manager katie thomas she said were a dime a dozen and nothing would be done to joe and for my gm to make this go away.

I worked at ta in rawlins wy until they brought in a new km from cheyenne named joe who on his 3rd day came up and yelled at me in front of my costomers for lemons being in my cleaning bucket then got in my face and called me a *** *** and said he never wanted to see my face again and when our district boss katie thomas was called she said were a dime a dozen an nothing would be done to him and for my boss to make it fo away. So i had to call the eeoc.labor board and a lawyer in hopes that something gets done about this situation..

Called our district manager Katie Thomas she said we was a dime a dozen and nothing would be done to joe and for my boss to make this go away so my boss.my husband.my daughter and a couple friends all quit that day and still nothing was done and he's still there.
