USPS Margate FL Ended Mail Hold Without Notifying Me

I utilized the free mail hold service from USPS for several months. I did it online and got confirmation numbers each time. Margate FL USPS ended the mail hold and began discarding my mail. By discarding I mean throwing it away. They threw away a check I was expecting. I had to have the company that sent it reissue another check, this caused a delay of almost a month in me receiving the payment. I spoke to a supervisor and the post master. Neither could retrieve my mail. They said my mail hold ended. I had a confirmation number proving it had not ended. They said they ended it because I used it too often. When I called the 800 number I was told there was no limit on the number of times a customer could use mail hold and the online instructions did not specify any limit. Either way, why was my mail discarded? The customer service is atrocious at Margate FL USPS. When you go inside the lines are long and the clerks are rude to the customers. They never have things a customer needs on the counters, such as change of address forms.

UPS Lost One Box and Damaged Items in Another

UPS lost one of my boxes and damaged every item (computer, printer, monitor) in another. I packed the boxes correctly. It was not my first time packing the same items and sending via UPS. The box they "lost" was full of clothing and other personal items. How the *** do they lose people's property when everything has tracking numbers??? They sent me one hundred dollars for losing and damaging my property. This demonstrates to me that customer satisfaction means nothing to UPS. As a matter of fact it is a disrespectful attitude toward customers. UPS owes me money. I want my reimbursement now.

New York State Child Support Enforcement - Lets Make NYS Child Support Enforcement Do Better

New York State Child Support Enforcement takes a mandated annual fee from parents for services. When parents request information about our cases we should get it. When we change banks it should be an easy seamless process. When they process our child support payments it should not take several business days for it to reach us, especially if we have direct deposit. When non custodial parent's employers garnish their checks, but do not comply by send the payment to NYS DCSE in a timely manner and the custodial parent asks NYS DCSE to take action to ensure employer compliance on our behalf it should happen, and in expeditiously. Instead, they send the non custodial parent letters telling them they are in arrears when they are not. The policies at NYS Child Support enforcement are antiquated and tend to delay the receipt of child support payments by custodial parents. Parents (both non custodial and custodial) we need to ban together and get the policies at NYS DCSE changed.

Why should they take money away from our children for their services. Just another way for NY state to take money from our families.

This makes no sense at ALL!!! Not very fair!
