Motorola Verizon Repair Service Sucks

I had upgraded my Verizon Droid phone to a Droid Bionic, 10 days after I had the phone I had a Dr appointment so when I went in the Dr office I left the phone in the car since you cant take it in the exam room. It was a cloudy day and I wouldnt be in there long so I thought it would be OK. So after an hour later I come out and the sun was out and it was hot in the car and where the phone was in the car the SUN was on the glass and it cracked. Great I just had the phone 10 days and this happened. So I get home call Verizon explain to them what happened and they said I abused the phone and they wouldnt pay for it and to call Motorola which I did. I explained to them what happen and they said send it in and we will see if it will be covered under warantee. So they get the phone in two days and call me and tell me it isnt covered and its $110.00 FOR A NEW GLASS, mind you the phone still worked great but you would cut your finger if you ran it across the face. So after a little dickering back and forth and me asking them what this GORILLA GLASS thing means that they say this phone has and they couldnt say so I told them it must of been MONKEY GLASS ON MY PHONE, so they agreed to fix it for $75.00 and I said OK and gave them my CC info. They give me a RMA TRACKING NUMBER and a web site to check on the progress. So three days later I checked and it says they didnt receive the phone yet so I call and ask whats going on, they said send the phone in and we will fix it. I said YOU HAVE THE PHONE and this woman says our records say otherwise so I will get back to you. Two more days go by and I get an email saying the phone is getting ready to packup and ship back and they will send me a tracking number. So again after two days I check again and it says they didnt receive the phone, so I call and tell them about the email saying its ready to ship but this person has NO RECORD OF IT and has to check another department and will email them and ask what is going on. I said to her EMAIL WHY NOT CALL THEM YOU DO SELL PHONES RIGHT? Oh no we email everything, so to make a even longer story shorter I get two more emails saying send the phone and two saying its being fixed. I am now going on 4 weeks with NO PHONE and I just checked the RMA NUMBER and it says that number isnt a valid number, what happened I am sure is they lost it and cant find it and within one of my phone calls to them I said this and asked why not just send me another phone? Sorry we cant and we will find your phone but in the meantime I have NO PHONE and they charged my Credit Card 4 weeks ago. So I called Verizon and suspended my phone service so I am not getting charged for something I dont have, plus MOTOROLA is like talking to a box of ROCKS. The 1st thing everyone says is "I AM SORRY" I told one person I dont want to hear it and I know you are paid to say this but it makes you look like fools everyone is sorry for something they didnt do. Dont feel sorry for me just send me my phone or another one is all I want. After this I will NEVER BUY another MOTOROLA ANYTHING and there CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, I have even asked for someone to return my calls when I email them and they wont, a real joke of a company and maybe one day I will get my phone when cows can jump over the moon.
