Well I finnnnnalllly got through to someone and the lady who answered was really nice, however I was told that my item was placed on back order and I will be notified through email when it comes in. I asked if they had an idea of how long that might be she says it could be days weeks or months so I guess Ill just have to wait... sooo bummed!!

Coach Outlet - Didn't receive complete order
I purchased items online a few weeks ago and was notified that they were on their way and was given a tracking number by ups to follow the order, however when my order arrived, I only received the smaller portion of my order and the box was damaged. I logged into my account to check to see where and what happened to the rest of my order. It just says my order was delivered! So I called the customer service number provided on the website and waited for well over a half hour with nobody ever picking up the phone. I tried looking for an email to no avail. I tried calling back multiple times since then and waited a total of 3 hours for someone to answer! The call line does not say they are closed and its just not making sense. They charged me for my purchase and I deserve answers. I want to know what is going on..

Ive been calling and emailing trying to find my order and I cannot reach anyone its been 3 straight days!
