Temu - Need to give new debit card number
I have tried to give my card number two times and I have been hung up on. I'm getting very upset over this. I would like to get my items so please find someone to help me

I am very upset. This is the second time I have tried today and I was hung up on.
I need to talk to someone about getting my card added so I can order my items. I'm really getting ticked off and I'm about ready to just say cancel everything

It is very mixed up on you get new things and you can't get them all unless you pay so much and I can't do that and then if you don't get it you find some way get it out of the other person even if it's taking out a different account and that's not fair. I've tried and tried to you my new account number and I cannot find how to how to delete the ones that are on there and put the ones that I want so that is messed up.
This is why I haven't been able to order anything and when you guys take it out of someone else's account makes their things bounce and then they'll come back at me and then I don't have it to pay because I had to find to pay their balance charge. So you need to find a way for people to be able to delete the old ones and put the new one and if someone dislike when I'm ordering and I buried it and you guys add into stuff that I don't even order but I can't delete it because it's something like for a free gift. It's not fair.
We should be able to delete it but we don't order anyway. Thank you very much

I was talking to one of the operators and he told me to hold for one second so I held then he hung up. He could have said at least goodbye can't help you.
No then I called back to talk to someone about changing my debit card and I got the runaround. I've tried to delete it my other credit cards but it does not. I cannot get it to work.
I needed help so I'm not ordering this time. Bye

When I first start it tells me I have one won 400 and it puts it in my account. Then it tells me I need to spend at least $5 to $10 to start the process of the gifts free.
So I do that. I order at least $5 or $10 and then then next thing later it shows up on my duncan that I got $71 and I did not spend that much and so then I'm stuck with it in my bank which overdrawals me into where I can't afford nothing else and so I hate. I mean I like your products.
I like the things that I get but I just cannot go with the prices that I have to pay when I'm when they tell me to pick out the things that I want for free. So very confused

At least call the person back and see what's going on so that you can improve your services by talking to that person to see why or look up why she but they were charged that that amount of money or what was it that automatic that maybe got ordered without her knowledge. At least you should be able to give her some some kind of a feedback
