I would hope that you printed out the confirmation number when you (apparently)cancelled online. In any event, dispute the charge when it hits your credit card and attach a copy of the cancellation confirmation to the dispute. Good luck.
Just one question: was the podiatrist a foreign doctor? If so, this attitude/lack of adequate treatment is common. If not, then it is rather unusual. In any case, complain to the medical site's manager or whatever they call them there.
Complain to the local manager and also go to the WalMart.com site and complain to corporate. However, realize that this is WalMart---not known for good customer service. We stopped shopping at WalMart a few years ago after we finally had it with rude, unkempt and just plain inept workers(sic).
You can still buy a Windows 7 machine thru many place, for example HP.COM in their business machines section, I believe. Windows 10 is not only junk, but the level of spyware Microsoft loads onto it is appalling. Best to stay away from it. In your case, you might consider a new tower with a different OS---like Windows 7. Sounds like you have a hardware problem if you are not getting sound, eg., bad, out-dated drivers on your sound card. Have you tried your recovery disks that you either got when you originally bought the machine or made yourself? If not, you can order from the manufacturer for a small price and try and recover from them. Or, have someone with the same OS make you a repair disk and see if that will work. Good luck.
It all depends on the terms and conditions of the ticket you bought, no matter which airline. Take a look at the terms for the tickets from AA and somewhere it will state they are "non refundable." The tickets you purchased from United apparently were. By the way, United staff are usually rude and demeaning to those flying in uniform. Best to book with any other airline in my experience.
As long as you received a confirmation letter/email from them showing the change, all is well. Just show this to the admitting dept. when the time comes. BC seems to be doing so "updating" and many things are not showing up when you log into your account. Eventually, they will update their systems. As long as you are paying the increased premium, no problems.
You should have just left everything on the counter and walked out. I have done this twice in stores in the past 10 years. They do this because they are scared of selling to minors and thus treat everyone the same, regardless of any common sense. Any store that requires me to show ID at my age doesn't need my business. Why shop at a store exhibiting such stupidity?
If you have to buy a dishwasher on time, you probably cannot really afford one. It is always best to buy a basic appliance and when they break, just throw it out and buy a new one. They are all the same, no matter which brand---cheaply-made and unreliable.
Any company that requires a bank account number, etc. is definitely NOT a company you can trust. Any reputable place would either accept a credit card or allow you to pay upon receipt of an invoice. They are an odd company in any event.

Not true. To keep prices low and affordable, this is the BEST way for monthly dues to be paid... EFT/ACH bank to bank. (1)The crew that works at each PF is not equipped with an onslaught of cash payers every month. (2) way too many people don't pay attention to their debit/credit card expiration dated our losses. They demand that PF not charge a late fees when the payment is ACTUALLY late, in which case PF is losing money with each transaction. All PF if trying to do I'd maintain the $10 and $19.99 monthly membership rates across the country. Credit/debit card users make this difficult and will probably be the cause the monthly dues rates will eventually go up. Do don't blame PF on this one, it's largely the fault of the consumer.
Go to "dollartree.com" and tell them what happened and the store location, etc. They are pretty good about responses to customer complaints. Each Dollar Tree store has a manager and some are good, some not so hot. But, they need to know.
TurboTax really scammed many customers last year when they omitted some common schedules from their Deluxe version after years of including them and then demanding extra monies in order to obtain them---for example Schedule E. That's when I went to H&R Block's Deluxe version. Not only did and does H&R Block still include these schedules, but their software is some $20 or so cheaper than TurboTax. And, it works just as well. Your problem with filing, tho: you don't say how you filed. E-file or paper? Online at TurboTax? If you e-filed or online then you should have received an email saying IRS had accepted your return for filing. Did you get that? If not, then it wasn't transmitted to them. TurboTax, as I recall says you should get that message if IRS accepted the return. So, how did you file?
Well, you seem to have seen the light as many of us long-time Disney fans have. Disney has always been expensive, but they always gave good "bang for the buck" in the way of attractions, personnel, etc. A wonderful experience for the whole family---until the last couple of years. They insulted many of their regular guest by striking The Boy Scouts from their approved list of charities and then changed their ride program into a reservation system which totally changed the whole atmosphere. The final straw with us was the dramatic change in personnel attitudes---rude, unresponsive, juvenile behavior, to name but a few. After driving two days twice a year to WDW, we now go elsewhere. May I suggest driving "out west". Utah, Wyoming, Arizona all have fantastic scenery and things to do. And, it is much cheaper to take in this country than to go to Disney World!!
I've never heard of this company, but requiring pharmacies to contract with them would not be unusual---this is a common practice among all insurance companies. It's nice to go to a small pharmacy, but when a situation like yours happens, you just have to go elsewhere. Good luck. And, stop with the "class action" nonsense. No one takes that threat seriously.

I have to agree, the most realistic results of this class-action suite "rally" is almost laughable. However, just to clarify, the pharmacy did get approved for the "contract", (and I know it's not uncommon). The problem is that this obscenely greedy corporation has gotten so big that they can't tie their own shoes without a half dozen approvals. It seems that they don't know this pharmacy can't submit the OptumRx scripts and even though they instruct the pharmacy what to do in such a scenario, they don't answer any of the correspondences they've instructed the person to contact them with... Essentially, 'you c an't get there from here' seems to be the loop the pharmacist is running in. The pharmacy I mentioned has been approved and been filling my scripts for over a year and without all the ridiculous confusion that the techs in big pharmies seem to have. If I was getting some of the more "common" prescriptions, (whatever is considered a common prescription), or had it covered by a capable and uncomplicated insurance provider, I wouldn't see a problem either. My medications are not common nor are they "flexible" in the way I need to take them and when. You, as pretty...hers, won't understand or see anything to get upset about until it happens to you. This is the beauty of this kind of problem and works in favor for the violator. I can assure you that the small, literally "Tiny" bit, I've written in this report barely shows the 'frost' on the tip of the iceberg, let alone the tip itself. Not knowing who I am, what meds I'm speaking about, (and I will not publicize them here), or the depth of this injustice makes it way to easy for you or anyone to say, "just move on". The very short report I wrote is intended to catch the eyes/ears of those others whom, like me, are getting kicked around and no one to turn to about it. Once they see that they're not alone, maybe they'll report there scenario, (although I won't hold my breath for it to happen). In short, if you weren't there, you really don't know, but I'm trying to emphasize that you have a high probability of experiencing all this fun in the years to come. Perhaps, a little concern now, may save you from a lot of concern later? FWIW
The NutriSystem "meals" are nothing but "TV dinners" sold at a high price by calling it a means of losing weight. You would be much better off buying the frozen dinners, eg., Lean Cuisine and many others. This past week Kroger and Meijer had these on sale for less than $2.00 apiece. They are about the same size as the NutriSystem and actually taste good depending on the variety---of which there are many. By the way, don't go by the sell by date. They will be ok for awhile after that date. I don't diet but I did try a couple of the NutriSystem meals a couple of years ago and threw both away as they were pretty tasteless. I know a lady who lost 85 pounds by going on a low calorie diet of 1000 calories per day. She ate two of the Lean Cuisine meals a day and a regular meal at night. The only diet that will work is one which limits caloric intake but you also have to do some exercise. Walking every day---every day---and limiting calories works just fine. But, don't waste your money on the hype of NutriSystem. Good luck.
Disney World and Disneyland are not as they once were. We stopped going. Get in your car and travel this great, scenic country of ours instead. Much cheaper and you don't have to put up with rude employees. My, how times have changed at the parks!
Emerson and others, like Vizio and Element are sold by WalMart and other chains because the price is cheap. These brands are also rather unreliable. Once a store sells the product, your only option is to go thru the manufacturer for warranty work. Good luck on that. It's much better to buy a major name brand like Panasonic, RCA, etc. for reliability. Considering your problem with the set, I would junk it and buy a better brand, tho not at a store like WalMart.
I see it all the time. Apparently, the kids are "tired" and exhausted from that day's cell phone/game use and cannot summon up the energy to walk the stores and mama has to push them. Called coddling. And, yes it is unsanitary. Why not call your local health dept and ask why they don't provide guidance to stores on this issue?
Odd that they wouldn't pay for metformin, which is the generic name for glucophage. Look at your policy info for the appeals procedure and then appeal their decision(s). What were the reasons they gave for the denials?
Bottom line is that if a site requires you to give them your credit card info in order to get a "trial" offer, then buyer beware. Something is fishy and 'tis best to avoid them as you know somewhere down the line a scam is in the offing.
Charter has alot of problems lately. However, you failed miserably when it came to actually describing the problems you are having. Just saying Charter is "lousy" says nothing.
If the relevant connections are already there, installation is a snap and anyone should be able to do it. I always recommend Lowe's. Usually free delivery and installation. Never had a problem with them. I suggest you ask a friend or relative to install them for you. Paying someone to do so can get expensive as they will assume you are gullible and will pay thru the nose for them to do it.
Why you would think a bank is going to take loose change in volume is beyond me. Get the paper rolls from them and do the job yourself. Then, take the rolls into the bank. This is not rocket science!
Ancestry isn't going to contact you because they probably don't monitor this website plus, even if they did, they wouldn't know how to help you. You didn't say what browser you use on the desktop or on the laptop. Your don't describe what happens when you try to open the site with your laptop. What happens and what do you get in the way of error message, etc? What kind of laptop are you using and which operating system? More description of the problem, please.
If you knew where the money people donate to this organization really goes, you would never, ever donate to them again. The Salvation Army has become a scam and highly-paid sinecure for those "in the loop."
Given the very small space between seats nowadays, it is becoming more common to have non-reclining seats. This is due to the fact that you always have some *** who reclines his seat direct onto the guy behind's knees. Causes trouble among passengers. But, yes they should have told you. We stopped flying United a few years ago after we learned from both military sons how they were treated while flying in uniform by some United personnel. Delta and Southwest are much better.
If you "scour" your bill every month it must mean that you are over-using the charge card and paying for everything with it and also not really "scouring" the bill. This is how we learn. Now you know.
This is what happens when you buy insurance from someone other than a local agent. What does the salary of the CEO have to do with anything, anyway? Sounds like you are envious. Buy insurance from a company like State Farm, AAA, etc. that gives you a local agent. Much better than trying to talk to a machine or someone who doesn't understand the English language.

Bobs2015 YOU are a FOOL!! Stating that the CEO earns over 80 million, but the company does NOT respond to claims properly has NOTHNG to do with Jealousy. It has to do with unethical scammers. Quit being a ***!! you sound like a scammer yourself to even endorse this madness.
Most, if not all of the vision and dental plans you can pick from are really not worth the money. The coverage is not that great. Save up the premium money you would pay and then just pay for glasses or dental work on your own.
Disney can't go back. They are committed to their new procedures. We used to go twice a year for a decade or so but have now stopped. And, yes you are correct: we had noticed a definite decline in employee attitudes and professionalism. Why not take your family on a drive thru the western US states like Utah, Wyoming, etc? Much better than the Drakensberg and you don't run the risk of being ambushed by unfriendlies nowadays.
