I suspect they are attempting to comply with the new Windows 10 requirements. All companies are but problems can and will arise as they try to make their software "fit" with the new Windows 10. My question, tho is why you or anyone else is paying for anti-virus, etc. software when you can get it for free on the web?
Why don't you just do a full re-install of your OS from the disk image(s) I assume you were using to back up your system? You were backing up, weren't you?
I hate to be the one to tell you, but there is no reason to pay for anti-virus/malware/spyware. Period. You can download many free versions from Avast, AVG, Windows Defender, Malwarebytes, etc. etc. You fell for the scam. Now you know.
I suggest that instead of wasting your time on some sports game, you read a good book. Perhaps one with large print, many pictures and with easily understandable words?
This is WalMart, remember? WalMart doesn't hire people with any particular ability to use common sense or have any ability to function in the real world. Best to shop elsewhere.
No offence but common sense on the OP's part would be double checking to make sure he has everything he left with. If he cannot do this perhaps he still should be shopping with a parent. I understand forgetting items behind, but he can open his eyes and make sure he left with everything he bought. If he cannot do that perhaps he needs to still shop with mommy. Most three year old's are not allowed to shop alone.
Interesting to hear that Gander Mountain has some rather arrogant people working for it. The manager's reasoning lacks in common sense, given what happened. Best to stay away from GM and shop at Cabela's, tho make sure you never shop at ***'s Sporting Goods after how they treated people who ordered stuff a few years ago and then arbitrarily cancelled all their orders in an attempt to become politically correct.
I still just can not believe it, he was a ***. No other words, He did not care what their return policy said nor the fact that it is not posted anywhere. I will NEVER step foot in there again. I wish we had a Cabela's here, we don't but we do have a Bass Pro and I have never had an issue with them. EVER!
You can file a complaint with either your state or federal OSHA agency. I suggest you take a look at the state main website and find which agency regulates workers safety, etc. and contact them. You may be able to do this online. Be aware, tho that if you use your/your husband's real name, it could cause him trouble with Waste Management. They most likely don't take kindly to people filing complaints against them. Actually, they really don't like anyone, even customers complaining about them as they never seem to be able to answer their phones and could care less when/if you do get through. Good luck.
WalMart and other stores make alot of money conning people into buying these extended warranties, product replacement or other such terms. In WalMart, the cashier sees a question on her screen that she is supposed to ask you whether you want it, yes or no. These things are almost sheer profit for the stores and the company that provides the "service." Best to never, ever buy these things as they are a waste of money. Now you know. Pass the word, tho I fear many people will continue to fall for this nonsense.
Or, you could either replace the insides or simply buy a whole new faucet and do the work yourself. For what you paid for some cheap parts, you could have had a new faucet. This is why it is nice to either be able to do minor repairs around the house or know someone who is.
You really need to READ when online. You probably just did a search for the hotel and, of course the first couple of "hits" were that of the paid ads like Expedia. This is common with Google and other search engines. You therefore have to read the web address of the site you click on. Now you know.
Buying dentures or getting dental work done by an outfit like Aspen is like buying a Trabant auto years ago in East Germany---one size fits all but not so hot overall and definitely not reliable. Find a dentist in private practice who will give you much better quality and respond to your concerns. Dentists get the dentures from a company that makes them to his specs. If he finds poor quality coming from the place that makes them, he no longer will get them there but will take care of any problems you have. Stay away from all assembly line places like Aspen.
Your mistake was in apparently using a debit card to pay the postage/handling. Best to always use a credit card online---or anywhere else where you cannot pay in coin of the realm. You can dispute the charges even if already gone, but it is not as easy or effective when using a debit card.
FedEx usually does a great job delivering packages but when they make a mistake and/or deliver a package later than promised, they are unwilling to do anything about it, eg., refund your shipping cost. Their customer service is remarkably bad.
1. Your cap lock is in the "on" position, which makes your posting appear to have been written by a 6th grader. Turn it off. 2. Most, if not all banks will not deposit cash to someone's account if the account number is not known. If they do so, they could compromise the account holder's security. If someone at the bank has actually allowed you to deposit money into someone's account without you having the account number, then they have violated bank policy and should be terminated. Next time you need to do this, perhaps, if it's not too much trouble, you could have the account number with you. This is not rocket science. 3. What's up with the "racism" charge? This nonsense is typical for people who have a chip on their shoulders but who should never be taken seriously, but rather, laughed at. Is this you? Bottom line, start following the rules and stop whining.
Actually, IRS does "abate" penalties in many cases. Interest abatement is a rarity and only if it was assessed erroneously. You were scared and fell for the ads telling you how this service would help you, etc. In your situation, buy the H&R tax program each year, load on your computer and do your own. Why pay someone to do what you can do by yourself. When you got the bills from IRS you should have immediately contacted them and worked with them by yourself. Unless you know you filed a fraudulent return, there is no reason to hire a firm like you did or anyone else. This is best handled between you and the IRS. Now you know. By the way, forget about this "class action" nonsense. No one takes this threat seriously.

i owed a lot of money to the irs and it was going to be over $300 a month in payments to the irs in a payment agreement. but tax defense was able to get me on an uncollectable status due to hardship,i do not believe i could of negotiated that with the i r s on my own.
This is kind of funny, and actually a well-deserved lesson. Why in the world would a 12 year old need a bank card? This is how we learn---both you and the little tyke.
You must have signed up for something with them as they have your credit/debit card info to charge you. When you do sign up with them, they do say you will automatically be billed once your term is up and it is up to you to cancel if you don't wish to continue. Most people just breeze by and click thru the pages and then later find out they should have read the terms more carefully. This is how we learn.
Depending on your internet/email service, try blocking the bad emails so your service automatically blocks them from ever hitting your email account to begin with. Check your settings, FAQs, etc to see if they offer this. Also, you can try labeling the bad emails as spam or junk, depending on what your email service calls it. That way, when the bad emails come in, they are immediately identified as spam or junk and go immediately to your spam or junk files. If all else fails, try an email account from Yahoo or even Gmail as they both are good at blocking/identifying bad emails. Never respond to these emails, by the way. All that does is tell them your email address is a good one and they will continue to send more plus they will sell your email address to many other companies and you will end up with bad emails from all over for all sorts of things. Never, ever respond to spam/junk email. If all else fails, just delete them. But, try the block method if you can, first.
Life is tough. Especially when you cannot adequately articulate/compose a brief complaint. I suggest you find someone to put into English what you are really trying to communicate. Crying "poor, little old me" is rather tiresome.
Contact AAA and complain about the guy and the company he works for. AAA uses alot of companies and unless people complain, they assume the company is doing a good job.
Now you know why using a debit card is very dangerous not only online, but just about anywhere---the money is immediately taken from your account and if there is insufficient funds, you get hit with overdraft fees----however, all you have to do is not allow your bank to cover overdrafts in the first place. That being said, use a credit card so you can dispute the charges if wrong and you haven't paid for them like you would if you use a debit card. Now you know. This is how we learn.
While I sympathize with your plight, you really need to be aware that it is YOUR fault that you failed to read the terms and conditions and then subsequently fail to verify your charges on the monthly statements. Take what they refund to you and learn from the experience. In the Marines, we called it "taking responsibility for your actions."
USAA is no longer a company any service member should have business with from the stories I hear from family members in the military and their fellow soldiers. I would have your paycheck deposited at a new bank. Get away from USAA as soon as possible.
If you signed a contract for certain services and they do not provide these services, why would you pay them? Send them a certified letter stating that unless they correct their deficiencies within a certain time-frame, say 15 days, you will consider the contract null and void as they have broken it. Then, don't pay.
