Service delays

Sears Home Services #1053145
I had one Sears lawn tractor that I bought in 1995 and that was the first and last Sears tractor I have ever had. Terrible, and even back then the service was bad---as you found out. In your case, to have two transaxels "go" is odd, to say the least. I now have 3 John Deere lawn tractors---I cut ten or so acres---and love them. And, the local JD dealer is quick to respond to any problem, tho the only problems I have had with any of them have been under warranty and nothing as bad as your Sears. I would recommend you have Sears fix the thing and then quickly put it out front with a sign on it and sell it. Say you don't like the seat or something. Then, find a local JD dealer---not a big box store that sells JD---and give the local dealer your business. You won't regret it. FYI: don't buy the cheap JD's. Make sure you get one with hydrostatic drive at the very least. Good luck.

Wen #1052334
You might want to read the label(s) on the Wen products and see what the active ingredient(s) are plus the inactive ones. Then, in the future when buying hair products, avoid any that use the ones found in the Wen products you used. You are sensitive/allergic to something in the Wen products. Good luck. Of course, if you want to be in style, you could shave all the hair and go bald---you could start a trend for the new female look!

Clogged Gutter Topper

Gutter Topper #1052326
You have two problems, both of which seem to be endemic to all of these gutter systems: 1. failure of the expensive system you were sold to adequately do the job as promised and 2. inability to get the manufacturer to do anything substantive about the problem(s) even tho they sell you on their "lifetime" warranty. I went to the Gutter Topper main website and they do claim to offer a lifetime warranty. Good luck with that. The system they are selling looks nice but I question how well it works in a heavy downpour. The opening for the water flow is rather small and I would expect it couldn't handle all the water washing down from the roof, resulting in more going to the ground than into the gutters.
You don't say what is clogging the system---leaves, branches, etc. If you are getting clogs from leaves, then you have too many trees too close to your home. That's the simple answer. The expensive solution to that is to remove the trees! You can, of course sue the company for lack of performance. Or, you can just take the things off the side(s) that clog the most and replace with ordinary open gutters. You will have to clean them out a couple times a year, but you are doing that any

Complain to Amazon, tho they will ignore your complaint. I, too have trusted Amazon's "guaranteed" 2 day delivery and have been sorely disappointed. Complaints to Amazon went unanswered. I try to find the items I want from other companies online. Amazon is good, but their vaunted excellent customer service is now all hype. Why Amazon would allow the USPS to deliver anything is beyond me. I understand the price might be a bit cheaper, but the bad delivery service of USPS should outweigh any small savings to Amazon in the interests of good customer service. At least, you would think so.

The problem is most likely with the delivery company. You don't say which one Amazon contracted with to deliver your packages. However, that being said, Amazon says "guaranteed" delivery when I order something with Amazon Prime but far too often, it is not delivered in the "guarateed" two days. And, Amazon seemingly does not really care. Complaining and/or asking why the late delivery is useless. Best bet is to find other places online to order from. Amazon's once-great delivery and cheap prices seems to be slowly fading. Time to give others a chance.

Pella #1047045
Are you sure the critters are coming in thru the windows? If I were you, I would take a close look at the outside of the house when they are around and see if you can figure out how they are coming in. For example, are there gaps in the siding, holes in the siding, etc. that they could be using to enter the premises? They are getting in somehow. Take a close look at the window framing themselves to see if there are gaps between the window frame and the siding, etc. Also, look at where the foundation meets the siding to make sure there are no holes or gaps. They could be just crawling up the cement blocks and on into your home. Good luck.

These companies sell this kind of system for big bucks by telling you that you will never have to clean the gutters again. I have never seen a system that was worth the money. Unless you have trees close to the home that are shedding leaves and other debris, you might be better off just replacing the gutters with new ones in order to get rid of the old ones plus the green-mold infested ones you have now. Don't you have any relatives or neighbours who could take a look at them a couple of times a year? This is one of life's travails. The green stuff is caused by mold/fungi and can be killed with a spray, which is nothing more than cheap bleach. However, it will come back.
