Ordinarily, I would suggest you go to a manned checkout lane in order to avoid this situation but knowing Walmart and their usual lack of open, manned checkout lanes you can either use the self checkout lanes or just not bother to shop at a store that treats you like dirt, eg., Walmart. There are other stores in town.
People really need to read the replies that the OP left. She claimed to have a total of seven items unscanned and had admitted to doing this before. If she is going to use her toddler to try and get out of "forgetting" to scan items she deserves to be treated like dirt. As others stated she should be glad her child is not being taken from her. They probably have yet to prove that she is only claiming that her daughter is a distraction. She has even admitted to losing her on several occasions.
Campbell's Select French Onion Soup is the brand you want. Much better than Progresso by far---actually has onions in it, etc. Look in any grocery store. It is on sale often.
No one forced you to repair the range. You can buy a good range for much less, as you are probably aware. Now you know. Most things are throwaways now and not worth the cost of repair.
Sounds like you have too many things up and running in the background. Download Ccleaner at piriform.com---a free little program that you can use to clean out your cache, history, etc. plus your registry and in this case you can look at your startup programs and disable any you don't want to start automatically.
You are not the only one to not read carefully the terms you agreed to when you visited their site. You get a free trial and then agree to have them bill you monthly for their "services."
Actually, you are paying for something you do not need and which you can do for yourself for free. You use CCleaner which is good, but there are also many free anti-virus/malware programs out there like Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, and many others you can use regularly to keep your machine running well. I recommend using Firefox with some of the free addons to block ads, bad sites, etc. Internet Explorer is junk and now that you have Windows 10, you will find yourself exposed to more bad stuff plus Microsoft has built in so much spyware for their own use that I cannot recommend anyone using Windows 10. Period. Windows 8 was junk, to be sure but the new Win 10 is really bad. You fell for Microsoft's push to upgrade. Big mistake. Do some research about how to protect yourself and your computer by disabling some of the more obnoxious elements of Win 10. A good place to start is Myce.com which has articles on it. Good luck. But, you got scammed into buying something you do not need. What's with people buying all these "warranties" or "protection plans" anyway?

I felt pressured and needed my email access which they did fix (although I lost a lot of saved emails). I realize there are other programs out there and that I could have done a lot, if not all of it, myself. Maybe someday there will be a class action suit about all of this and I can recover some of my "investment." I agree that Windows 10 is being shoved down our throats, and it was under duress that I installed it (figured they'd never give up on pestering me about it). That's one of the reasons I posted here - to alert people to the Win 10 conversion issues, as well as to check up on their partner company, MyPhoneSupport. Thank you for the Win 10 research website information. Warranties and protection plans are another type of insurance that they figure will never be used. Heck, I should start offering something like that in my own small business - easy money for the seller of them!
I have always had good luck buying new tires from the dealership I bought the car from. Competitive price and they stand behind their work and warranty, etc. After all, they want to keep your business and sell you a car some day. Places like Discount Tire could care less if you return or not or whether or not you are unhappy.

Walmart Checkout Review from Indianapolis, Indiana
They say nothing because they have nothing to say about anything. WalMart employees are not rocket scientists or conversant in anything other than some sports game. Best to just say nothing to them and let them live their lives in ignorant bliss.
Since you obviously have a computer, just buy the H&R Block tax program, load it to your computer and file yourself. Don't buy TurboTax as it is over-priced and no better than H&R Block's software. Why pay someone else to do your taxes?
It's all in the preparation. You obviously either didn't bother to read the directions for preparing the deck before application or did it incorrectly or insufficiently. I have used Behr deck over products for years with no problems and great results.
Target has some serious problems, among them their now-terrible customer service. I would not advise anyone to buy from them and serve your experience as an example of why not. As for the comment by "anonymous" just ignore it. Off their meds today, I expect.

Well if this person wants to be taken seriously they should learn how to write proper sentences. If they mistake being told no for rudeness they will not be taken seriously. Perhaps when they wrote this they were off their meds or abusing their meds? But why not tell the real reason you hate Target Bob after all you were an employee until they fired you? Want to tell them why you were fired?
What's "REDICULOUSE?" Yahoo is presently going thru some very hard times, both financially and in management. Seems the token female they hired to run the place has failed---surprise---and they are laying off employees, etc. I would advise finding another email company to service your needs.
Your mistake was in apparently, allowing them to just take money from your account. Always use a credit card online, of course. In your case, cancel the card and open up a new one. And, stop using debit cards, etc. This is NOT rocket science!
Try contacting General Mills customer support and ask them why the new mixing directions and what is new and different about their mixes now as opposed to prior. Also, compare the ingredients between an old box and a new one if you have both.
I laugh when I see the "guaranteed" two day shipping at Amazon.com. Sometimes is does come in two days, or it comes a few days later. Overall, tho they are pretty good but it's not wise to actually believe Amazon is being entirely truthful when it comes to shipping. Many times they will ship something via UPS and it is delivered to my local post office where it will sit for a few days until the postman decides he should deliver it. Or, it never leaves the post office---it just "disappears." Amazon is not what they claim to be.
Propane companies base the charge to customers on what they pay for the gas. Amerigas apparently guessed wrong and is paying more for it than others. Switch companies if you don't like the price.
No, you do not have to pay for something you never received. Dispute the charge and go from there.

Bob, look at the Target complaints and the Walmart complaints, she is sending the same review to different companies. Those are the only companies I came across, she could be doing this to others. Hopefully she is trolling rather than scamming. Then again these companies make lots of money and won't be hurt by her scam.
Lay's chips are now everywhere and dominate most grocery snack aisles. They are ok but really not the best chips out there. Shop at stores like Big Lots, Ollie's and small grocery stores where you can find many other brands. Why buy just adequate chips when, with some searching you can find much better?
It's called taking the path of least resistance---rather than argue with an angry customer they cave and put the complainer to the head of the line. Now you know.
Rather envious of successful people and corporations, aren't you? A company makes a product and sets a price for it. You can either pay the price or not. Your decision. Life is not "fair." It's also tough when you have no concept of how the world works. Sleep on it.
From what you described, it sounds like you returned an item to the vendor but they say you didn't. You disputed the charge with your card issuer(Cap 1) but then the vendor told Cap 1 that you didn't return the item so Cap 1 re-instated it. Cap 1 has an appeal process. Look it up on their website or contact them to find out how to appeal the dispute denial. In any event, I personally wouldn't pay Cap 1 for the item and close out the credit card and get on with life. If they demand the money, tell them you have no intention of paying for something you don't owe. As an aside, it is always, always a necessity to return items via a method that requires some way of tracking and shows the package was delivered to the company. As it stands, it is your word against the vendor and guess what? Cap 1 believes the vendor and they know full well most people will just pay the charge in order to make any problems "go away." Good luck.
Getting a battery for pretty-much anything is usually just a matter of going to Amazon.com or doing a web search for the specific brand and model number of the battery. I have been able to find batteries for all of my older electronics somewhere on the web, usually at Amazon. I have an original Panasonic VHS camcorder I bought a battery for just last month. The machines was made in 1985! Do some searching and someone, somewhere will have what you need. But, do try Amazon.com first.
The federal statute of limitations is 10 years. Three more to go and you are home free. By the way, you really need to adjust your withholding so you get more in your paycheck each week and get little, to no refund when you file the return. That way, they can only take a small amount your would get refunded to use as an offset against your tax liability from years ago.

Just another complaint about fake delivery attempts in NYC
Have you tried complaining to Bill De blasio? I am sure he will help you. Or, perhaps not. Just remember that the USPS is a government agency still. Just think, the government could try to run your health care. Wait! I think they are. We are doomed.

Don't blame UPS. Blame the company you ordered the product from. They do this in order to get a lower rate by having UPS make one stop to the local post office and having the post office delivery it instead of UPS having to make separate deliveries all over town. The problem, however is that the USPS is rather slow and unreliable---as you found out. We had the exact same thing happen within the past week. Upon checking the tracking of an expected package, it showed the package being delivered on Saturday. We knew this was erroneous as I went out to the mailbox immediately as the mailman drove away without delivering a package. I called the company I ordered the product from and they are sending out a replacement. They said it happens frequently. And, you want the government to handle your health care? Complain to the sending company and request they replace the missing item. If they don't, then dispute the charge on your credit card and do NOT pay for something you don't owe. You did use a credit card, did you not? I hope.
It is standard practice for companies to re-submit checks returned as NSF a couple of times to see if it will be honored the second or third time. Doing so 6 times seems unreasonable, but remember, you are the one who caused the problem by not having sufficient funds in your account to begin with. Time to grow up and accept responsibility, is it not?

Why don't you file a complaint with your state's dental board? Provide both the Aspen diagnosis and anything else you have from them indicating their diagnosis plus your second opinion dentist's info, etc. Very well-written complaint and perhaps anyone thinking of going to an Aspen location will think twice and find a dentist in private practice instead.

Sorry, Bob. That is the trouble with corporate dental outfits. State Boards can only discipline dentists and hygienists, not office managers, corporate execs, and the private equity investors that in fact own the place. That is why joints like A$pen have been illegal for years. Now with their big money they dare the authorities to prosecute them. Only in rare cases have state attorney generals gone after them.
I believe AARP makes most of it's money by selling unsuspecting seniors all kinds of insurance. They really do not represent the best interests of senior citizens. Magazines do the same kind of thing regarding renewals. I have gotten renewal notices for subscriptions not expiring in two years. Ask yourself if you really need to be a member of AARP. Odds are, you don't.
Gearbest is a Chinese company. Enough said, I hope? Dispute the charge with your credit card company, assuming you did the safe thing online and paid with a credit card. Defective merchandise, etc. as the reason with no realistic remedy offered by the seller.
For the amount of money you spent on NutriSystem foods, you could have saved alot of money just by buying the frozen Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine, etc. meals found in your local grocery store on sale for $2 apiece or less sometimes. NutriSystem meals are over-priced room-temp TV dinners. Don't waste your money on them.
Problem with starting could be caused by a few things, but if you didn't put stabil in the gas tank and filled it before storage, gum and varnish could have built up over those months of inactivity. This would be the most common, along with dirt in the tank, etc.---make sure you drain the tank and disconnect the fuel line to drain it too plus turn it over and drain any remaining gas from the carb. Then, put fresh gas in along with some carb cleaner mixed in with the gas and see what happens. Bottom line, tho is that Yard Machine is really as you indicate---junk. I would recommend a brand, but I have never found a good single stage.
I hope you paid via a credit card. File a dispute with your card company if so and try to get a credit for it, assuming you can provide the receipt of delivery as you indicate. Good luck.
We can truly see why you need glasses---your cap lock is stuck in the "on" position and you didn't even notice it!

Hey bobs2015, Can't you see that she is pissed!!! In my day an email all in caps means you are pissed. Maybe she shouldn't have written it that way but that's what makes the world go round.
Gearbest.com is, indeed a Chinese company located in Shenzhen. One thing I learned was to never, ever order anything from a company located in China. When things go awry, you are usually left holding the bag as they say. This is one reason you should always pay by credit card and nothing else online. You can then dispute bad charges. With anything else, it is problematical.
This happens. Somewhere along the line from the time you shipped it to receipt by At&T someone opened the box, took out the phone and re-sealed it. Don't pay them, of course. Make sure you dispute any charge if they have your charge card info. If not charged to it yet, best cancel the card, etc. You don't say how you sent it back or with which carrier. Did you get a tracking number, etc. Good luck. Never pay for something you don't owe.
I sent it back using their original box and packaging material. The photo above was received from the warehouse that processes returns. The tracking number, checked at http://tracking.smartlabel.com , confirms that it was received at their warehouse.
You may be able to pay for the pills yourself and then submit the bill to BC for reimbursement. Perhaps. Who knows. Read your contract/brochure/terms either that you got or online at their site. This is the future, however. For those who are wishing for single payer health care, be careful what you wish for. Take a look at Canada and Great Britain and see how well that works for people.
At least you got the box they sent you. I tried four--count them---four times to get them to send me the box to return the receiver. Promised all four times "it's on it's way" with no results. Finally, after calling and talking to some foreign-based guy(again)I received it and shipped it out. The only reason I put up with their nonsense is that I was doing a favor for a relative and didn't want the DirectTv jerks to charge him for not returning it. I would never, ever recommend anyone subscribing to DirectTV. Period.
As you said, it is always better to just book your reservations directly with the provider---airline, hotel, etc. You got lucky and resolved the issue, tho you had to sit on "wait" forever. I do question anyone going to mexico, tho.
You are finding it difficult to find a physician because BC Anthem doesn't pay them enough. This is now the norm. Doctors are finding their reimbursements from insurance companies does not allow them to cover their expenses. Thus, they pick and choose the best-paying insurance companies. Welcome to the messed-up health care system in this country. Keep voting for O'bummer and friends, tho.
