WeLivv - No delivery and no refund after 12 months

I ordered chairs from WeLivv in June 2019. After 9 months of waiting it was clear WeLivv had no intention of fulfilling the order, so I requested a refund.Despite multiple emails and phone calls I have received no refund more than 12 months after the furniture was first ordered.

User's recommendation: Avoid WeLivv at all costs.They treat customers with contempt once they have your money.
