My account was overdrawn because I had two charges for my straight talk auto pay on the first of the month instead of the 4th. I do have a new phone I'm trying to set up as soon as I canceled boost which is a piece of crap I'd be calling back to set up my new phone under straight talk

I can't use the new phone.I have to use the Motorola gWhich has a cracked screen and will need to be replaced

The phone that I bought to put straight talk on is not compatible. My phone that was with boost Mobile I'm canceling because their coverage sucks and I still would like to put this Motorola g pure on straight talk I have to cancel boost first
I have been a customer for years
I pay for 2 phones.

The auto payment was taken out on the 1st which caused an overdraft fee in my account.

I specifically said do not ever take a payment until the 4th. I am on disability and that's the only time I get paid is the third of the month
