Bristol West Insurance - Lost income due to no action on claim

One of your clients hit me Saturday afternoon. I was told you Rep would contact me within 48 hours. Hasn't happened. At this point I'm starting to consider contacting my lawyer to discuss recovery of lost income due to the inaction of your company. You can try to wait me out if you want to pay my lost income, legal fees, repairs to my truck, and anything else I can tack on. T have damage to my tail gate, rear quarter panel, back up alarm and bumper. You people have the worst reviews I've ever seen for any company on any online review threads. My name is Marc Oliver. My phone # is 303-762-****. The claim # is 301124****. The adjuster or whatever she is that's supposed to contact me is Tasha Davis. I have left a message. She has not returned my call.

Packman Disposal Services Inc. of Brighton Colorado

I just got a card from these folks stating that I had t have my trash out by 7:00 this morning in order to have it picked up. They had just mailed these out Monday afternoon and they expect the mail to get to us in 1 day. I called and asked why we didn't receive notice earlier and the woman on the phone said to ask the postal service. She must her customers are ignorant. My exact words were "why didn't we get these yesterday?" She misunderstood me and got smart with me telling me I should have had it out by 7:00 this morning. I told her I didn't get notice until today and she tried to tell me I just told her I got the notice yesterday. She then told me I'd have to wait until next week because they had already been through. I then told her that I expected my bill to be adjusted, which she said would happen. Just wanted to get this out there and let folks who are in the same situation to call and have their bills adjusted, and don't let her get smart with you. There's a price for treating customers like ***, and money lost is the only language people like that understand.
