Internal Medicine Specialists Of Las Vegas - Medical malpractice, Incompetency, deliberate indifference and unprofessionalism by my doctor

In 7 months my doctor ordered 1 MRI 1 one blood test and won't help me get a faulty pacemaker/defibrillator removed tho it shocks me regularly. He orders medication he says because I insist on it tho it's a stroke causing combination (without my knowledge at the time). No doctor patient relationship but a dictatorship one. He lies about ordering other medications and blames the pharmacy. Said I watched him order them on his personal computer to get out of blame. Terminated me without a verbal or written reason/s tho requested by me. My first encounter with Dr. Wirtz was around 6/2012. I had a very bad experience with him. His attitude was anything but a professional doctor patient, relationship in fact it was more of a dictatorship. He treated me as tho I was a little kid instead of a 55 year old adult. After the initial visit, I terminate myself from seeing him and found a different primary care physician. Doctor Wirtz (commanded) what he figured was his authority over me seeing as tho I had changed doctors because of transportation reasons. I live in the Medical District in Las Vegas, Nevada for serious medical reasons. My insurance is Medicaid and changing doctors is suspicious activity. After some time I went back to doctor Wirtz, nothing changed as far as his attitude or mannerism. Immediately he reverted to his commanding and not listening to me but his doctoring is; his way or find another doctor. I understand that in most cases a doctor knows best, but that is predicated on the facts of a patient’s illnesses and health. Doctor Wirtz never once performed a complete physical on me. He ordered an MRI once but said that the results never came back to him and he never reordered another one for me. After about 6 months he finally ordered a blood test, but that was when I when I had my next to last visit with him. I have an ICD implant for; congestive heart failure, several documented heart attacks and cardio myopathy. He never checked with my cardiologist Dr. Lally on Shadow Lane in Las Vegas, Nevada, tho he says is an associate of his, he sent me to talk to his about replacing the ICD unit even after I explained to him that I spoke to Dr. Lally about changing the implant do to its defectiveness i.e. firing off and not correcting the 200 plus beats a minute of my heart. Also it sometimes shocks me at the terminal connection. The device has also migrated to almost my underarm. I asked him several times to help me get it replaced with another model and his reply was always he have no control over that because it is my cardiologist problem. The cardiologist refuses to replace the unit until the battery needs changing, which is about another 2 years. I’m in serious pain. I receive narcotics for this pain and other pains; scoliosis, deformed shoulder, arthritis. I also received Gabapentin for sciatica. I was receiving at this time 15 mg of Oxycodone 6x daily (180) from a (pain specialist) which he’s not. On the initial visit to doctor Wirtz on the second time I started seeing him as my primary care doctor he did prescribe the 180/15mg Oxycodone. Upon my return visit he dropped it down to 150/15mg Oxycodone, explaining that he did not want to be responsible for my (overdosing)-which I had at that time been prescribed narcotic for about 22 years. The taking away of 30 pills will not prevent someone from overdosing. He did not substitute it with any other comparable medication. He had explained to me that he never prescribed me the full 180 Oxycodone but he had on the initial visit. His doctoring is his way or nothing. No compromise or real interest in my pain except he once said to me how he appreciates my pain but that’s all he will do for me is this 150 pills and nothing else. No examinations just medication refills. This is deliberate indifference. At one point I was prescribed Clonazepam 1mg. He advised me that the combination of Clonazepam and Oxycodone is a bad combination (causes lethargy). Strongly advised against it but prescribed the combination of the drug anyway. Later on I discovered through another doctor that not only will the combination cause lethargy but also could cause a (serious stroke). After I explained to him what I found out he ordered this combination again. On my last visit I inquired upon him as to why knowing this combination was lethal his explanation was that he ordered it because (I INSISTED UPON THESE MEDICATIONS) ha, that’s doctoring huh. He terminated me on this particular visit I guess because I know too much about what’s going on. I’m one to ask questions and he doesn’t like that! I asked for a letter of termination and not a general letter but an actual explanation at that time and he told me he would only send this information at my lawyer’s request. I don’t have a lawyer. Isn’t this information privy to me as his patient? After 7 months I was finally able to seek out another primary care physician due to certain rules by my insurance concerning changing doctors in a certain amount of time. Doctor Wirtz is very; unprofessional, lacks interest in my health, and needs to be checked by someone of higher authority on his dealings with me and possible other patients past and present.

Internal Medicine Specialists Of Las Vegas - Medical Malpractice/Deliberate Indifference/ Unprofessionalism

About 2 years ago I was a patient of Dr. Wirtz at 2010 Goldring Ave. #100, Las Vegas, NV. 89106. The visit was kind of disturbing actually. Instead of Dr. patient relationships on amicable basis, it wasn't. This Dr. acts like he's your boss, not doctor. Anyway I vacated his services and 6 months ago-there abouts, I returned to him because of location and hopes he changed his attitude. First off I was receiving a prescription of Oxycodone 15mg x6 by a Pain Specialist. Immediately he changed the amount to 30 pills less (180>150). I did receive the 180 pill prescription on just the first visit-then the change occurred. His reasoning was "I don't want to be responsible for your overdosing. A person can do that with 150 Oxycodone 15mg I believe, so... Anyway mixing that with the Clonazepam 1mg that he also prescribes for me will make me extra (with emphasis on the extra) lethargic he explained in detail. Later I found out by another Dr. that not only will the combination make you lethargic but, also CAN CAUSE YOU TO HAVE A STROKE!!! I explained that to Dr. Wirtz and his reply was "WELL YOU INSISTED ON HAVING THEM BOTH TOGETHER". So with this Dr. Wirtz all you have to do is Insist and You Will Receive regardless to the consequences. Ha! No test for my infirmities ordered in the 7 months I was his patient. No wait 1 blood test after 6 months and 1 MRI that he says he never received the test results to this day.

Charleston Auto Repair And Service - Cheating, shoddy work by auto mechanics

Update by user Jun 15, 2015

Well this complaint has been up now for about one month and I haven't heard anything yet from Charleston Auto Center. I only begun to fight.

Original review posted by user May 11, 2015
I had my car's engine rebuilt by Charleston Auto Center (4024 W. Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV.) First thing happened was they kept my air condition unit, (said it was non functional). I discovered to missing unit one week later. Plus put an old no good leaking seal back in my car. Their excuse is "You pay cheap, you get cheap!. *** me, I paid two thirds of the cost of rebuilding my car's engine in advance. The parts that was suppose to be replaced weren't, i.e. heads and valves. Court is next for the cheating business owners.

Scoresense - Unwanted membership

Well initially I had a personal beef with Score Sense with making me an official member of what I still don't to this day know, but in the end-I got full refunded in a prompt and efficient manor. I am no longer mad at Score Sense personally but, I think their trickery should teach us lesson about relinquishing your funds to a company not just online but off line also without first doing your due diligence first (check fool). That's !why there is certain instruments to do so, use em, I did, that's what's why I was remunerated promptly by Score Sense

Scoresense - Score Sense don't make Sense

I was duped into signing up with Score Sense in attempt to address my Section 8 concerns. They got me with my Government Debit Card_SSI. The enrollment was cancelled then told the committee has to make a decision as to remunerate me or not, (well actually the government)!! I won't give up till this Fraudulent Ring is Out of Business? When I called on the phone (2x) what I basically got was a pacifier which I didn't take too. The person tried to be polite_but deceptive. I was told that I would be contacted by either e-mail or phone but not a chance for regular U.S. postal service for some odd reason. No address maybe or it's a secret. Anyway I'M GONNA GET THE GOVERNMENT INVOLVED!!
