AtlasChoice - Atas choice, green motion not very good

I arrived at Heathrow after leaving Australia having paid Atlas choice who supplied car through GREEN Motion, first of all it cost 5 pounds to get the bus from the airport,(usually courtesy bus when booking reputable car hire companies )My plane was late arriving and then the half hour wait for the bus and as you can guess, I was late to pick up,so if you hire something and pay for that days hire this company has the right after 2hrs to let your car to some one else! I had to pay an extra 89 pounds 91 pence to upgrade to a larger car that I didn't need also there is a charge on my card from Europecar for 76.32 aus dollar,I was so flustered that I'm not sure but I think I was coerced into taking extra insurance maybe through Europe car, the people frankly don't give a toss about building a relationship with the customer, and all the cars I saw were scratched and pretty dirty so be on your guard and check the car thoroughly yourself, I was terrified after reading the reviews it seems like it is impossible to get away without them finding a scratch. I was lucky in that case.I tried to contact Atlas choice whom were my broker and received skant help from the first girl and it seemed like the second was probably just patronizing me,they both told me to contact helpdesk@***.com but my emails were ignored or returned unread,in this case that old adage you get what you pay for was partly right in fact you don't get what you have already paid for you have to pay more!pay a little bit more and get good customer service and feel a little safer by going with a reputable company, please read all reviews before you book because it seems to be almost a criminal enterprise making customers pay more once they have already paid and are now ready to pick up. I will be continuing this complaint firstly with Atlas choice and secondly with Green Motion and then I will be writing to the ombudsman.it seems to me that the name Atlas choice should be changed to At last choice or if you book maybe alass choice ?
