Home Shopping Network - Did not get refund

Order number 181263**** Ordered product in early April but tried to cancel it but could not. They sent it out. Refused the item when received, marked it 'Return to Sender, Refund.' Box even had order number on it. Still have not received a refund.

TMobile - Claimed to give me a free phone to replace one O had paid for when they switched to 5G. It was actually a gimmick two year contract. Never had a contract and did not want one.

They claimed to give me a free phone to replace one I had paid for when they switched to 5G. It was actually a gimmick two year contract. Never had a contract and did not want one. You had to keep it for two years with your monthly payments applied as credits toward it. They could have just given me a cheap flip phone and I would have stayed. I was a 23 year customer. They made plenty of money off me and could have given me a cheap 5G phone worth a few bucks. Good work Sprint/T-Mobile.

TMobile - Free phone for customers switching to 5G is ***

I have been a Sprint (now T-Mobile) customer for 23 years. I have never had a contract. I DO NOT LIKE CONTRACTS. I am not happy with the transition to 5G that causes the phone I personally paid for to be worthless. So I am terminating my relationship with the company....

Get the driver to deliver at a proper time. Refunds should also be given to the vendor so I can get it from him or a refund should be sent to me directly.

Walmart - Terrible customer service online

Online customer service is terrible. I have sent numerous emails to their WORKING email address and they BLATANTLY do not respond. Even sent one to the chief executive there. This is about my order number 623213* ***048. I spend HUNDREDS of dollars at their supercenter store and online and they cannot reply to a simple request to replace two MEASLY missing energy shots from one of my MANY orders that I place. The box seal was not there as is usually the case and I notified them about this so they could investigate while they replaced the missing bottles. They just ignore the emails and I know they receive them. TERRIBLE service. One wonders how they treat someone not spending hundreds of dollars there.

Arlington Collision Center - They refuse to repair a Hispanic senior citizen's car

A senior friend of mine had her 2009 Mitsubishi Gallant hit on the passenger side by an inattentive rude driver in a hurry. She took it to this outfit to get an estimate for the repair. The car needs repair or replacement to the passenger doors and some repair work to the pillar. Otherwise, the car, which she maintains with care, is in excellent mechanical condition with low mileage. This outfit (in Virginia) gave her an estimate of approximately $3190 to repair her car that she gave to her Hartford claims representative. Because of the market value of the vehicle they declared it a loss and paid her for it. She bought the car back and took it back to this outfit to have it repaired and pay for it herself. When they found out it wasn't for the insurance company any longer, they refused to repair it. She is 82 years old, a diabetic, with other health issues and needs her car. This is a terrible company that will not help a senior citizen for their own reasons. They were willing to fix it before but suddenly refused the repair. They know who she is so I will not put her name on this review.

User's recommendation: Do not take your car there.
