Ashley Furniture - Ashley is HORRIBLE!
Customer service is terrible (even when district mgr was involved) Have had a replacement and 5 repair calls a POS electric recliner. I have been waiting over 2 1/2 months for the issue to be resolved. The warranty company is just as bad. Do not spend your money with Ashley! Take a look at Yelp people, they do not care about customer service after the sale is made. No one ever returns a phone call from either Ashley or Montage ( the warranty co.) Managers and supervisors at both companies could really care a less. Avoid like the plague..they really are that bad!!
