ANJ Furkids - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went to ANJ pet shop after reading many good reviews about it. When i entered the shop, I was greeted by the owner looking at us,giving a nod and continuing sitting down in front of his computer . Thinking he was busy , we went in to the shop to have a look at the products and dog's accessories. Bare in mind that at that point, there was NO CUSTOMER in the shop and yet he still doesn't want to serve us. Next, we saw a white maltese in the locker and we were quite interested in it. So we went to his counter where the owner was still in front of the computer and asked him several questions such as how big can the dog grow? How old is it now and etc. What we asked, he just answered straight forwardly without having the initiation to explain more. Me and my boyfriend then goes to where the locker is to take a closer look at the maltese, the owner sat back down in his counter and not standing up from his seat and coming to us where the locker is!! I was so angry at that time that I decided to leave the conversation about the maltese. Next, my boyfriend was trying to search for a good tear stain supplement for my dark eye-ed pomeranian. We asked him to recommend any supplements that are good and he just took a bottle from the shelve and passed it to my boyfriend. What? no explanations no instructions ?? My boyfriend had to do all the asking and he just answered "this product okay la". We asked are there any side effects, and just answered " Dont know, no customer complain means dont have lo". I asked my boyfriend to straight leave the shop and never ever go back there again!! WHAT SERVICE IS THIS?? Please have a look for yourself. This is just my pure opinion on it, that was my first and my last time there.
