I do not recommend this fish and chip shop. I have had 2 large sausage under cooked, the sausage were very pink down the middle right through the sausage, and it was soft on the pink part it was that under cooked. Now when I did a search on the internet regarding can you eat sausage when it's pink down the middle, this is one of the results I got: "Although there is a chance that it is safe to eat under cooked sausages, you will be risking getting sick in eating it - a very painful experience from it - even death with those who have low immunity (elderlies, diabetic, children, sick person). You shouldn't eat sausages not well done. Most of the casing are made from animal intestines. Then sausages are made from ground meat. In both cases, it can carry food borne bacteria that can survive from a not being cooked properly. The middle of the sausage should be over 170 f. degree to kill all bacteria. Besides, sausages taste better well done." I am diabetic and will no longer take the chance with food being under cooked like this anymore from this fish and chip shop.
