Son I'm sorry I recommended USAA
It is a shame USAA has gone as low as it has. I am a veteran and had my son get a USAA credit card and taught him to pay off his balance. He tried to pay it off with his phone app but the circle kept spinning like it wasnt going through, so he tried again and both payments went through causing him to be overdrawn. He let USAA know the next day and they did nothing breaking the EFT act of 1978. I am filing a complaint with the OCC's Customer Assistance Group at 1-80*-613-****. OCC regulates them. It is a shame our veterans have to deal with this terrible service.
