I DO was sent a defective item. I tried it on 2 cel phones ( Androids) and my PC. It would not download the pics. I asked for a RMA to return it. Despite 2 weeks and 4 emails, I still don't have one. I filed a case with PayPal and returned it by USPS, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT!

Instacart - Passes on added fees to consumer that the store should pay, not customer.

I placed an order at Shop Rite and Insta charged 37.19 for the items before any tip or fees. I then got a digital receipt from Shop Rite which showed the total the shopper paid at the register for my items was only 29.27$. I called and was told the store can charge an extra fee for using Insta and this is passed to the customer. This is a cost of doing business for Shop Rite and should be born by them, as many who use this service would not shop in these stores in person. This is a fee of 7.92$ for less than a 30$ order. The consumer pays a delivery fee or a subscription fee to Instacart, then a tip...why should they have to pay what should be Shop Rite's responsibility? This is price gouging! By time I paid the delivery, tip and this rip off fee, I paid over 30% in FEES! I canceled my subscription and will not shop at Shop Rite either.

Home Depot delivery, no mask, no gloves and just opens door and lets himself in. Didn't ring the bell or knock!

Home Depot delivery, no mask, no gloves and no common sense!! Meathead idiot! Spent 90 min on the phone trying to speak to someone who could do something and was told "It's not HD's problem...we use an outside delivery company!" Home Depot messed up our order, it was for over 100$. They took it upon themselves to split it into 2 orders and charged shipping to deliver ONE item. Then the delivery person just walks up to my home, opens the door and throws the package inside. He doesn't ring the bell or knock, just opens the door. I have it on my security cam video. After waiting online for a rep for over an hour, she said there was nothing she could do and transferred me to the store mgr...who never picked up the phone, couldn't even leave a message. Found the number for the local store, on hold for another 15 min then the person they connected me to said there was nothing she could do to get a msg to the mgr, just keep calling until they picked up. Got another person 15 min later who said they use an outside delivery company, wouldn't give me contact info and acted like HD had NO responsibility at all. Left a msg for the store mgr to call tomorrow,,,not holding my breath there...will be posting this online everywhere I can find to do a review! This is disgraceful at any time, but with this virus....totally unacceptable!

Review of Walmart's lack of ethics and illegal action.

I bought clothing from you online (I live in NJ)and there was sales tax charged. There is no sales tax on clothing in NJ. I figured this was an error and would be fixed when it shipped. When I shop online in any other site, Target, Etsy, eBay, I am ONLY charged sales tax on items that are taxed in NJ. It's not determined by where the item is SENT FROM, as many come from across seas where they have NO TAX...yet I am rightfully charged if it is a taxable item in NJ at NJ's tax rate. My request for a refund was denied as Walmart claims it can charge tax based on the merchant's state, not the point of sale. NO OTHER ONLINE SITE DOES THIS! Here is the review I am posting on every social media site I can and will be contacting the BBB and news media. People have a right to know how Walmart is basically stealing from people, and especially in these times, that is beyond reprehensible. BEWARE! When you buy clothing from here, Walmart charges you sales tax, even if your state doesn't tax clothing. They CLAIM it's because it is being shipped from a state that does have it! With people being as hard hit as we are now, this is another truly *** greedy robber baron move on the part of Walmart. When I buy clothes from ANY OTHER place I am not charged, as my state NJ, doesn't tax therm. The tax is to be collected at the POINT OF SALE and the state tax where it is being SHIPPED , not where it's shipped to. Please share this so people know what dirtbags this company is! I filed a dispute with paypal and was denied. Here is their response: I understand in New Jersey there is no sales tax on clothes. When you purchase online you may not be purchasing within the state of New Jersey. You have to pay whatever fees are associated with purchasing wherever the merchant may be located. PayPal would not be able to fight the legality of this dispute and that is why we denied the claim. You would need to take legal action to pursue this further. Please feel free to share this on any social media you use, I know I am!

The reason that Paypal denied your dispute is because they know you are lying and scamming. If the issue is only the paying the taxes, why do you want a full refund?

Why not just get a refund on the tax. They know what you are up to. Also little kid, learn how to read.

The reason that your dispute was denied was because the clothes you bought were not from New Jersey, so they have no legal obligation to refund the taxes. Finally a lawyer is going to cost you may more than the $9 that you lost.

Sales tax is not determined on where the clothes come from! NO other seller charges sales tax based on where they are, but on the tax structure in the state where the buyer lives, it is the point of sale.. You must not shop online ( and you probably work/troll for Walmart.) "Little kid?" VERY moronic insult from you since you have no clue of my age. NO reason to insult anyone if you don't agree with what I wrote, just shows your ignorance.

All I want is a refund on the tax,which by NJ law I am entitled to, but you have to CHOSE ONE of the provided resolutions, and a partial refund is not offered. I'm not scamming anyone, Walmart is. Victorian Trading - Horrible customer service, rude employees, over priced items.

I ordered several items which were supposed to be new. When they came, it was obvious they were used. I ordered thru their store on ebay. The listing promised free shipping and free returns. When I got my refund, they tried to deduct $15 for postage for one item ( it was a ring, which I paid $3.29 to send back at the post office.) I filed a complaint with eBay, who agreed it was against their rules and issued a full refund to me. I filed a complaint against them with eBay. The second item was refunded today. They tried to deduct $7.50 as "Not being in original package." Well, it was returned in the same plastic baggie with the handwritten label it had, proving the items was a customer return and not new as they claimed. It was also photographed in their listing to appear much larger on the hand than it actually is . I again filed with eBay for a full refund. Here is what I wrote. Anyone who does business with them must be aware it's buyer beware! They are beyond dishonest and disreputable! There are many other better sites to shop on with nicer merchandise, GOOD customer service and reputation. The original package was a plastic baggie with a hand written label. It was returned in same with a padded envelope. In no way is a plastic baggie worth $7.50. The ring was not new as stated in the listing, it was obvious used and repackaged when it was sent to me. This is just spite on the part of the seller because I filed a complaint with eBay for lying, promising if I chose "just did not like" for an earlier, defective item, that I would get a prepaid shipping label. The message this was in was reported to eBay and they said they would investigate. I have also posted numerous negative reviews warning of all the deceptive things this seller does. ebay might want to look on some of the internet review sites such as Yelp, PissedConsumer and SiteJabber, as this company has MANY bad reviews, all of which complain of the same lack of customer service, defective or damaged items and a hassle getting a full refund. The Better Business Bureau has them rated at B- with 2 of 5 stars. There are numerous complaints filed against them. This is just spite on the part of this seller for my reporting her for lying. I am due a FULL refund. The ring was not as stated, was not new and is much smaller than they make it look in the photo. VERY deceptive!

I bought a rather pricey mood ring from them, at full price on eBay. Less than 12 hours later, it went on sale for 30% less. I asked seller as a courtesy to refund the difference. Seller refused, was very short and rude. Item arrived; the ring they sent was defective. Its a prong setting, the prongs catch and snag clothing, the size is not correct, its mismarked as I compared it with others I have. It does not change colour. It’s smaller than what they show, very deceptive photos. Seller lied and told me to open a return and told me what to say. Promised if I did, my return was free. Now she is doing everything possible to hold up my refund. I filed negative feedback, she claimed it was feedback extortion. I called eBay and they say what she did by telling me to word my return reason a specific way and then not giving me free shipping back is a serious violation of their policy and her account may be suspended or removed. If you buy thru the catalog, you pay for shipping both ways. The items are way overpriced and there are many other reputable sellers to choose from. Save yourself the trouble, money, buy elsewhere!

UPS - WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

UPS has to be the worst run company EVER! Customer service is a JOKE! It takes HOURS on the phone to get a simple problem resolved because Customer Support says it’s a Tech Support problem and Tech Support says it’s a Customer Service one, they bounce you back and forth like a ping pong ball. Everyone has seen the videos of packages being dropped at the door and someone coming along and stealing them. I am also disabled and need heavy packages placed inside the door. My door also opens outward, and I have had drivers drop a 60 pound package in front of my door and leave. It is almost impossible to open my door then. I wanted to be sure that the driver could not just drop and run, that my packages had to be signed for, and in this day and age setting delivery options like that should be quite simple. Well,….not with UPS. After spending over an hour with several people and finally a supervisor for the drivers, we set up my My Choice account to have the drivers leave pkgs with the “doorperson” as there is NO OPTION to choose have all packages signed for. This has worked somewhat for the past year or so. Yesterday, one of the rotations of drivers on my route delivered a package and demanded that I remove that. He said its only for cities with apartment bldgs. He said if I didn’t, my packages would be sent back as its not an apartment. I called Customer Service and waited over 15 minutes to get someone. I explained the issue, said I had tried to change my My Choice account from the option of the doorman to requiring a signature for every package and that the driver was wrong and there was no such option. They transferred me to tech Support, which was obviously an offshore facility. The person I spoke to was reading from a script. He could not grasp the issue at all. He said it was not a tech problem and did a cold transfer to customer support. That is not what they are supposed to do, its supposed to be a warm transfer where the rep speaks with someone from customer support and tells them what the issue is so they are sure they are transferring the call to the right person. And of course, customer support told me all of this after, and could not help. I am still reaching out to UPS to get this resolved, but I am letting everyone know just what horrible service UPS gives! AVOID IF YOU CAN!
