We booked for 7/23-7/23; we were given the key which didn't work, so the front desk person came up with a new key. Upon walking into the room, the room was absolutely filthy, the bed was not made, trash was everywhere, and the bathroom was disgusting.

We were then put in another room; the TV did not work, and the AC did not put out any cool air. I was given the property manager's phone number; after speaking to him, he was the most disrespectful, rude person and told me that if I didn't like it, I should leave. However, after calling around due to an event in the state, nothing was available, so we had no choice but to remain since we were there due to a family member in the hospital.

I would like a total refund immediately! There were constant complaints that night from other patrons, and we were told the hotel sucked.
