Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Unruling customer service from manager on duty about an incorrect order

Placed order 16 PC meal deal....asked if we could substitute dark meat for white meat. Told would be 20-25 min wait. Then asked if could replace tenders instead of white meat. Also told would be 10-15 min wait. Then mgr(Monica) said didn't know when chicken will be available. So I parked to wait of my order. Young lady brought out my order with just tenders inside. Mgr(Monica) can outside after we have missing food from our order. She then threw box of biscuits saying " this is your order you said I left out!!! I asked to speak to mgr..then she replied I am the mgr!!! Got home and realized order was still wrong. I called back to store and Monica proceeded to act rudely over the phone. She never let me speak to anyone else but her. Told her she was very uncooperative and wasn't helpful at all. She said well why don't you give my a job where I can be helpful and give service to people. Told her that I wouldn't hire you with that attitude. My husband &; I returned with food and didn't allo me to come inside to handle transaction with refund. She had us outside of drive-thru with cars waiting in line. She slammed window claiming how pissed she was. My husband was on the phone with hotline while this was going on telling him actually what was transpiring; customer service agent heard what was being saidDO NOT PURCHASE FOOD FOR THIS POPEYES WHILE SHE IS THERE..
