I opened one ticket and they stop allowing making my comments. No bad words, just justifing why I should get my full refund. I opened a second ticket and still going on without my full refund. The policy tells that a customer will get full refund it the size was wrong. That's what happened but rosewe.com don't admit that. Very convenient.
