Epson is very very bad, I am hoping best buy kicks them out

I am now on my second printer in 25 days. Today I will be bring this back to best buy and buying anything but. I know products have problem however customer service sucks. Fist you get some lower level person, then they send you to a second person. Keep in mind that you have already been in their q for five minutes. They need to get out of the printer biz. I am sure they are going to come back with some *** about how isolated this is, however looking at this site it seems like I am not alone
