Aeromexico Airlines - Aeromexico Sucks And Does Not Care About ME, Their Customer!
Back on Wednesday, June 1st, 2016, I took My Very First Flight Using My Precious 30,000 SkyMiles That I Have Religiously Saved For Through Delta Airlines To Go From Buenos Aires, Argentina To Toronto, Ontario Canada and I did NOT have a Very Good Experience at all!
To Start Off: The Flight Did NOT Take Off For At Least One Full Hour so basically we did NOT leave from Buenos Aires, Argentina as scheduled and we did NOT receive any type of Compensation For This Horribly, Drastic Delay!
Before We Received Our First Lunch Meal, One Of Your Flight Attendants Made A Very Strange Request And Demanded To Have All Of The Window Shades Closed During Daylight Hours!
Please NOTE: I NEVER experienced this before on any airplane in my life and asked Why and Never Received An Answer!
I felt Very Uncomfortable With This To Say The Very Least!
To Continue On: Shortly After That Incident, They Did Serve Us A Pasta Or Chicken Lunch, However, The Portions Were Not Very Large At All Compared To Delta Airlines' Portions.
I did In Fact ask for An Extra Meal because I Was Starving With Their Small Portioned Meals and Waited Over An Hour for one and sadly one of Their Flight Attendants Came Back And Told Me That There Were No More Meals which I did Not Believe because Not Only Was The Plane Half Way Full During My First Flight, but even One Of Their Customers Who Was Sleeping Near Me and Got His Meal Quite Late (Close To An Extra Hour Longer That I Had Waited) and it is Simply Amazing That There Was Still A Meal For Their Other Customer (Even Though It Was Rather Late), but there was NOT An Extra Meal For ME!
How Ridiculous and Very Selfish Does It Get!
Last, but Not Least, Their Inflight Entertainment System Definitely Needs Improvement as well!
During my Infllight Experience, I was NOT able to Find One Single News Station such as Fox, CNN, BBC, etc.
I have NEVER been on an airplane that does NOT have any News Station on their Inflight System and Aeromexico Is The First!
When it came to search for Music Albums on Their Music Stations, there was also a Very Poor Selection as well!
and.....When it came to Television Shows, Yes, They Have Some, but For Example, They Have No Cooking Shows, such as Kitchen Nightmares, No Designing Shows such as HGTV, etc.
Please NOTE: Aeromexico should examine Delta's Inflight Entertainment System and Follow Their Steps and Perhaps They Would Have A Much Better Service!

Please NOTE: I want to touch on One More Thing That Bothered Me...
Since Back On My First Flight, we were NOT Served Dinner, then by the time I got to My Second Flight, I was still Starving and sadly, there was NO Dinner Being Served on My Final Flight and I had to wait until the Very Next Morning For The Small Breakfast to be served!
Overall, this was Not A Very Good Aeromexico Inflight Experience and Definitely Not Worth My 30,000 Hard Earned Skymiles That I Used To Purchase This One Way Flight!

BOTH of them were Useless, Greedy and Selfish and Offered ME No Resolution and NO Compensation For My Legitimate, Serious Complaints!
Furthermore, BOTH of them do NOT know How To Read English and even Skipped Over One Of My Concerns Regarding Closing The Window Shades During Daylight Hour and Even Changed Around The Wording Of My Concern To Mean Something Totally Different Than What I Had Written!

Preferred solution: i asked Aeromexico for a full refund of my 30,000 delta skymiles that i had used to purchase the one way ticket, or at least a partial refund and they gave me GARBAGE INSTEAD!

The reason is because they are the ONLY website for the Most Part that Every Time I Try To Add Attachments To My Review, I Get The Exact Same Error Message And Then ONLY My Review Gets Posted and NOT The Attachments!
Yes, I Did Complain To Their Latvian Customer Service Department About It And Their Response Was That It Is On My End, however, they are The Only Complaints Website Out There That I Experience This Problem With!
Furthermore, on their Company Facebook, I used to send them Copies Of My Reviews, along with the Attachments because it was basically the Only Way That I Could Communicate With Them since they Claim That They Do Not Have An Email Address Any More For Their Members, But I Beg To Differ because I do have their Email Address, however, they Claim That They Do Not Use It Anymore!
So, basically Communicating With Them Is *** On Earth!
Please Note: They do Not Have Phone Support and They Refuse To Accept Emails and Facebook was one of their Methods Of Contact because on there I could Send Them All Of My Attachments, however, ONLY sometimes they Would Post Them For Me, however, Most Of The Time They Will Not And Therefore My Attachments Would Never Get Posted, Period!
To Make Things Worst: They used to allow ME to send them messages, comments and attachments, via Facebook, however, ONLY very recently they Purposely And Deliberately CLOSED AND BLOCKED OUT THAT FEATURE on their Public Facebook Profile making My Job Impossible To Communicate With Them For Help since they are Refusing To Fix The Uploading Documents Problem!
Since that happened on their Facebook, the ONLY method to contact them is through their website, however, You Will Not Be Able To Send Them Any Attachments Through Their Website and they did that Purposely, of course!
To Make Things Even Worst: I continued to Complain To Them about the Uploading Documents Problem and before they used to Communicate With ME about it and Now They Simply Ignore ME!
Final Words And Thoughts: I got so Tired and Fed Up with this Continuous Problem and Abuse that I told them in my last letter that if this problem does Not Get Fixed, then I will Stop Writing Reviews For Them On Their Website!

Back on Saturday, April 30th, 2016, I used my American Express Credit Card to pay my contractor $20,000.00 for a job that has Not Been Finished!
The way that I paid for this amount of money was by receiving an Invoice that my contractor sent to ME, however, Square, Inc. is the actual company that Charged My Credit Card and is the Same Company that is Responsible For Transferring My Money To Whoever I Wish To Pay which In My Case Was NEVER DONE!
I have waited Very Patiently For MY MONEY to be transferred to Mr. Justin Rivas, the Contractor and at least 18 Days Went By and Square, Inc. Deliberately and Purposely REFUSED TO TRANSFER OVER THE MONEY!
This Unprofessional and Dishonest Company was Illegally Holding My Money In Their Own Internal Account 100% Against My Will And Without My Legal Permission, Consent, Nor Authorization!
What Square, Inc. Has Committed Was FRAUD!
I can NOT tell you and reiterate on just How Many Times I Have Contacted The Horrible Square, Inc. No Customer Service Phone Number Of: 1-85*-700-**** to find out Why They Are Not Sending MY MONEY OVER TO MR. JUSTIN RIVAS, THE CONTRACTOR!
Guess What Their Response Is? Answer: We Can NOT Discuss This Issue With You and Can Only Talk To Mr. Justin Rivas About It!
My Response: That Does Not Make Any Sense Since It Was Me Who Initiated The $20,000.00 Payment To Begin With and It Was Done With My American Express Credit Card Which Is In My Name, NOT HIS!

I was so Angry and Pissed Off over this Type Of Abuse Coming From Square, Inc. that I tried to call their Customer Service Department back again and Dispute The Money and Have It Go Back To My American Express Credit Card and this is What Their Customer Service Screwed Up Department Told Me!
Square, Inc. Customer Service's Response: They told me that they can NOT Dispute The $20,000.00 for ME On My Behalf (Even Though I Am The Payer) and said that I need to contact American Express To Dispute It!
Well they are also 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS SINCE THEY TOOK MY $20,000.00 ILLEGALLY AND COMMITTED FRAUD BY HOLDING MY MONEY IN ONE OF THEIR INTERNAL ACCOUNTS WITHOUT SENDING IT TO MR. JUSTIN RIVAS AS IT STATES ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT!
Please NOTE: I have NEVER had an experience like this one before and hopefully NEVER AGAIN!
Moving Forward: Back On, Monday, May 16th, 2016, I finally decided to Stop Waiting, Hoping and Dreaming for Square, Inc. to Transfer This Money To Mr. Justin, Rivas, The Contractor and instead I called up American Express and Filed A Dispute Against Square, Inc. For FRAUD!
Please NOTE: I Refuse to Pay For Fraud and Refuse to Pay For Something that I NEVER RECEIVED and Square, Inc. Must Have A Reputation at Doing This To Many Of Their Customers!
The Problem Is That Many Of Their Ex-Customers Are Afraid To Post Reviews On Their Negative Experiences because they are either Afraid or Scared Of The Outcome, Including Retaliation By The Company Which Rarely Happens, or Just Do Not Have The Time or Maybe They Simply Do Not Care To Let The Public Know On What Happened To Them And Would Rather Just Keep It Private!
However, I Dare To Be Different and I Am Blowing The Whistle Loud And Clear Against Square, Inc. To Let Them Know That You Can NOT Get Away With This!
At The Present Time, I Am Still Waiting For This Fraudulent Money Of $20,000.00 That Square, Inc. Stole And Held In Their Internal Company Account To Be Returned Back To American Express Since I Will NOT Pay For FRAUD!

LinkedIn Corporation Gets Rid Of People For Any Reason....and they LIE Too!
I was a legitimate member of LinkedIn with a profile for several years, however, during the past year, they have Illegally, Purposely and Deliberately Blocked My Account with NO HONEST REASON GIVEN!
I know that I did Nothing Illegal on their website!
The ONLY thing that I did was contact other members which is What You Are Supposed To Do When You Are Legitimately Networking and send out ONLY Legitimate Messages To Other Members Like Myself and it was up to the other members if they wanted to communicate with me and/or be my friend or NOT!
Question: What Is Wrong Or Illegal With That?
Answer: Ask The LinkedIn Court Of Law?
It was the SAME as when I would receive their messages asking ME the Same Thing to be their friend and of course, it was My Choice of whether I wanted to Accept them or NOT!
This HONEST WAY OF COMMUNICATING ON LINKEDIN seemed to bother the people who help run their website and they would come back to ME and tell ME to ONLY Add People Who Know ME which is so *** and RIDICULOUS because I was getting tons of Friendship and/or Business Requests from people on LinkedIn and I Never Let It Bother Me since LinkedIn Is A Networking Website and their Sole Purpose Of Their Existance Is To Allow Their Members To Network With One Another!
It Is A Personal Choice To Become Someones's Friend Or Not and this is certainly NOT a Legal, nor Legitimate Reason To Block Somebody's Account if somebody Does Not Respond Back To Me and/or Does Not Wish To Be My Friend and/or Networking Connection on LinkedIn.

I also told them that I am Publishing Several Negative Reviews about them on many Social Media Websites with Documentation so that everybody knows what they did to ME and Can Therefore See LinkedIn's True Colors From My Experience And Perspective!

Paypal. Inc. Is Far From Being As Honest And Fair As They Used To Be!
Back around my birthday, believe it or Not which was on Saturday, February 13, 2016, I tried to send my contractor a payment via Paypal and it would Not go through...
I sent out numerous complaint letters to find out Why it was Not working and they would Not tell me a *** thing and also would Not help me either and kept referring me to contact the merchant and have him contact Paypal to try and work out his Limitation Problem.
Well, he eventually contacted Paypal and they LIED to Lito by telling him that he owes them money which was around $8,000.00.
Whatever they claimed he owed them, it is a 100% LIE because Paypal makes their money on Commissions when people send money through their system.
Please NOTE: There is NO way that anybody could steal money through Paypal because they have a 100% Secure System and Paypal Always Gets Their Money First and then they disperse it internally by going through it and then taking out their commissions and fees and then Paying You The Difference.
In Other Words: They Have Total Control Of Your Money And Payouts Before It Even Gets Into Your Hands and therefore, there is No Way That Paypal Can Even Make A Single Handed Mistake!
Furthermore, there is NO way in *** that Lito could Steal Any Money and I know Lito quite well and he is NOT like that, but Paypal being the kind of Corrupt and Corporatist Company That They Are; They Can Therefore Say And Do Anything That They Want With Their Customers (Whether It Is True Or Not), Just To Get Rid Of Them Like They Did With Both Lito And Then Myself Right After I Had Filed Complaints About What They Did To Him!

Well, I was Very Angry and Upset over this because Lito did Not Deserve Paypal's Lies, Abuse and Mistreatment and of course later on, Neither Did I!
I therefore continued to Send Out Complaint Letters and believe it or NOT within a Few Days, Paypal Illegally Blocked, Limited and Terminated My Account Just Because I Filed Legitimate Complaints!
What A Joke?
I did Nothing Illegal and since Paypal can Not Be Honest With Their Customers, they instead Just Get Rid Of Them instead of having to Deal With Them like they did with Lito and then ME!
I have to tell YOU that Lito was so ANGRY AND UPSET AT PAYPAL and then ME because Lito thought that I did something to cause him to Lose His Account, but he knows that Deep Inside I Had Nothing To Do With It And It Was ALL Paypal's Fault And Nobody Else's!
Please NOTE: The Only Thing that I did was Dispute A Few Charges Because What Happened Was That I Paid Lito With My Visa Credit Card By Accident And Then Went Ahead And Repaid The Same Amount From My American Express Credit Card (Because Paypal Will Not Allow You To Cancel An Immediate Charge, Sadly Speaking) and so, I did Not Want To End Up With A Double Bill and so I ONLY Disputed The Extra Double Charges, but Lito was NEVER Out Of Pocket and what I did was 100% Legal and Legitimate and Lito knows that and so I do NOT even know if that caused his Paypal Account To Shut Down since Paypal would NEVER Tell Me The TRUTH!
In any case, Thanks To God, Lito was able to Find Another Credit Card Acceptance Provider (with My Help) which is Not Only Cheaper, but Better And Friendlier To Use and they have Real, Live American Customer Service as well!
In Fact, I just made My Very First Payment through them Just A Few Days Ago and Love It!
However, with Paypal, Inc., They Really Suck and I am So Glad that they are NOT the Only Provider Out There In The World!

I can NOT believe that I am actually Writing A Negative Review On A Complaints Website called Yelp.com, but I Guess I Could Be The First One!
I was a Volunteer, Independent, Freelance Writer for Yelp.com, including other Much Better Social Media / Complaint Websites and do NOT have any problems with the others, except for this ONE since they are run and staffed by a Bunch Of Mean, Mafia Haters!
I was Never an employee of theirs, however, since I wrote over
300 Reviews, I felt that I was a Big Part Of The Yelp.com Family and so Yes, I considered myself an Executive Writer with Yelp.com (which is a title that I always give to myself when I have done some Heavy Duty Writing), however, that did NOT mean I worked for them, nor got paid from them and Never Said I Did because the answer is a Big NO!
Sadly, back on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, the very Mean, Angry Mafia Group Of Employees that work for Yelp.com have obviously Nothing Better To Do, but Gang Up On ME for NO Legitimate Reason and they just Make Stuff Up as an excuse to Close My Account!
Trust Me, Nothing Illegal Was Done, Nor Committed!
Sadly, once again, the Only Excuse that they used is the one that I have in the attachments that they emailed me just the other day in which I had mentioned before in a previous paragraph.

One of the reviews that somebody wrote had the F Word in it which is supposed to be considered a Violation, however, when I reported it, they responded by telling ME that it is acceptable in their member's review which is what I call *** Backwards, however, in my Case, when I do NOT use any Profanity and just write Truthful, Honest Reviews, they still decide Without Good Cause to Get Rid Of Me Like Trash!
Please NOTE: This is exactly the Second Time that I have experienced the Same Type Of Abuse coming from Yelp.com for doing Absolutely Nothing Wrong!
Not Only Did They Close My Account Twice For No Good Reasons, but they also
STEAL BACK MY REVIEWS that I wrote and it happens to be My Property that we are talking about.
Please NOTE: I did email them a Request to Please Return My Reviews Back To Me and so far, I have received NO RESPONSE!
Please NOTE: If I Do Not Get My Reviews From Both Accounts Returned Back To Me, then I Will Take Them To Small Claims Court!
For Your Information: The Reason Why I did create a 2nd Account is because I did NOT Commit A Crime and since I have NO Criminal Record, I feel that I have the Legal Right To Continue Writing Legitimate Reviews on their website.
Please NOTE: For Your Information...One of the ways that Yelp.com Makes Money is by Publishing Fake Reviews and Believe ME, there are plenty of them.
Please NOTE: Yelp.com also Makes Their Main Money by Contacting Companies and getting them to Advertise on their site.
What is really strange about their way of doing business is the Fact that the Writers/Reviewers are for the Most Part, the ones who are Posting The Company Profiles which include the company's name, address, phone number, website, etc. and so I do NOT understand of Why They Continue To Harass The Companies For Money To Supposedly Advertise due to the FACT that the companies being harassed are Already Listed and Published on Yelp.com and therefore Yelp.com does NOT have a Need For Their Money, nor to contact them since these companies are Already Listed for FREE!
However, Yelp.com is Desperate For Money and will do Whatever They Can to Stay Afloat and Alive.
Final Thoughts: Thankfully, They Are Not The Only Reviews Website Out There and All Of The Other Ones That I Volunteer For As Their Executive Writer "Treat Me With Respect And Dignity" in which Yelp.com Lacks!
Please Do Not Do Business With Yelp.com!

- Do not verify the reviews for truthfulness
- Removed me for invalid reasons

- Can earn prizes for good data contributions like i already have
- I can add good contacts and get points for them
- No reconsideration to return as their qualified rainmaker member
- Have no telephone support for their rainmaker members
- Blocked me once i was at almost 188000 points
Preferred solution: they should allow me to come back to their website and continue contributing good, clean, honest data and/or allow me to use my 188,000 plus points at any time that i wish, but they won't cause they are a part of an internal mafia of haters!
