Yes, sadly they are liars. I was told that a package of mine would be delivered yesterday.

By 6pm when it hadn't arrived I called customer service and they told me it was on the truck en route and should be delivered by 9pm which is the latest they delivery. Surely enough 9pm comes and nothing, so when I call back, this time I get told that they have a high volume of deliveries and my package was never even loaded onto the truck. So I was basically lied to and made to wait all day for nothing.

Now they're saying it will come today. After reading multiple negative reviews of them ALL OVER VARIOUS INTERNET sites I strongly suspect I probably won't see my package anytime soon, if at all.

Reading your potato quality pics of the email you sent using bold, underline, and capitals is cringe worthy.

- A lot of laptops do not come with CD drives anymore. If you had done any research on the laptop or saw the laptop in person you probably would have noticed the lack of drive in it.

- If you were so concerned about the warranty working in the US than maybe you should have bought it there or researched it before purchase.

An associate should not be expected to know the fine details of a product's warranty you seem to expect nor the validity of the warranty outside of the country.

- The company should not be obligated to credit you a laptop upgrade because it isn't as fast as you would like to be.

Staples did not force you to buy that laptop, you are the one who made the decision to purchase it, researching the laptop ahead of the purchase could have prevented much of your disappointment. In addition, the Celeron processor and 4gb of ram that particular laptop is built with isn't going to do anything too spectacular for you outside of basic functions.

There are a lot of complaints launched about the Toronto Transit Commission's Service and I can see Why? I have actually complained to them before, but they are unfortunately one of those companies that are just Too Big to Care and it shows! However, my New Public Complaints Shall Remain Permanent On The World Web for everyone to see. Back on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, I was at the Yonge and Sheppard Subway Station waiting for the train to go Southbound at approximately 1:30 PM when all of a sudden the train arrived, but we were all told Not To Board The Train and that there would Not be any more trains heading Southbound and then were told to go upstairs and catch the bus on Yonge Street right in front of the McDonald's. I did what I was told and there were many people waiting for a shuttle bus that was supposed to be taking us along Yonge Street Southbound, however, Nothing arrived. In Fact, the only buses that did arrive and pass us by had the sign written in front stating that they were Out Of Service! In Addition, they had No Staff Members Available To Assist Us With The Sudden Changes and therefore We Were On Our Own! What Kind Of a Transit System Is This Anyway? Apparently Not A Very Good One! You tell us to go and catch a bus and claimed that there would be shuttle buses there waiting to take us Southbound along Yonge Street, but In Reality, there was Nothing There except for the buses that I had just mentioned above and I do have Photographs of those buses as evidence. Well, after waiting almost 30 minutes, I decided to go back into the subway station to see if there were any trains operating along the Southbound Route and Thankfully there were. Sadly, I was about 30-45 minutes late for my appointment because of this unreliable service and had they been more honest on exactly what was going on, then I would have been On Time For My Appointment! End Of Story! Your Toronto Transit Commission's Bus And Subway System Really Suck And You All Know It! Final Thoughts: For The Price Of $3.25 Cents Each Way, It Is Simply A Big Rip Off Because They Raise The Fares Every Year With And/Or Without A Cause And There Are Rarely Any Good Improvements For Their Increases To Make Up For It!

Photos Unlimited - They Do A Good Job Taking And Processing Pictures...But Their Prices Are High!

Back on Sunday, July 10, 2016, my 85 year old mother and I went to visit one of their Photos Unlimited, LLC stores located inside of a Walmart store located at: 900 Dufferin Street, Toronto, Ontario Canada M6H 4A9 (41*) 537-**** to Only Purchase Two Photographs in order to renew her Immigration Status which has to be done every five (5) years or so. For Your Information: My sister Lorraine recommended that we go inside of the Walmart store at that location because she said that the Price Would Be Much Cheaper Than Other Places, however, when we got there they wanted at least $30.00 Dollars, Plus The Very High Sales Tax just to take Two Lousy Photographs which took No More Than Five (5) Minutes To Process! I am very much Angry and Offended that They Would Charge Such a Very High Amount Of Money since these were just for Two Small Photographs and were NOT family portraits and for what my mother needed them for, it is Totally Rude, Selfish and Ridiculous that They would even have the NERVE TO CHARGE SUCH AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY for these Two Photographs. On Top Of That, They Are Supposed To Be Operating Out Of A Walmart Store with Better Prices, but that was Not The Case and is a Damn Lie! Furthermore, Yes, I did Complain About It and was given a Slight Discount, however, even for the price of $22.00 Dollars for an 85 year old woman, it is EXTREMELY GREEDY AND OVERPRICED to say the very least! Even For Me, That Price Is Totally Abnormal And Redundant! Yes, the Company does Good Work and Eventually Took Care Of My Mother for the Problem, but the Price Remains The Same and that is Why I am Still Complaining About It! Bistro Grande - Stay Away From Them! Do NOT Give Them Any Business!

Bistro Grande Restaurant In Toronto, Ontario Canada Back on Sunday, June 26, 2016, my mother and I decided to try out the Bistro Grande Restaurant which is located at: 1000 Eglinton Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario Canada M6C 2C5 (41*) 782-**** .....and What A Major Disaster It Was! When we got there, the restaurant was somewhat busy; NOT totally busy and we were whisked away to a table in one of their back rooms which did NOT have very good air conditioning and/or circulation to start off. In addition, our table was so close to the other table where other people were eating at and we were basically sitting on top of one another if You can understand what I am talking about. There was basically No Consideration Given To Our Comfort Level and it was NOT easy to get out of your chair from one side of the table because we were basically hitting the other customer's chairs from behind as we were moving around the table and/or trying to get out of our chairs. Yes, these Discomforts bothered us, however, I did Not say anything and just let it go to see if our Bistro Grande Restaurant Experience would Improve in which it did Not! Very shortly after, we received our waitress who was NOT much better and at the very beginning, she did explain to us that if we order something that was NOT an entree that Contained Pasta or Fish then we would each Get A Free Bowl Of Soup. I therefore wanted to order a Salmon Sandwich in which was NOT an entree and was definitely a Qualified Food Item in order to receive the Free Bowl Of Soup, however, when I presented my Menu Choice To The Waitress, she looked at ME and told ME that that item is NOT a Qualified Fish or Pasta Item for the Free Bowl Of Soup. I was extremely angry and pissed off over her Very Poor Attitude and Poor Business Practice in telling ME What Is Right And What Is Wrong With My Menu Ordering when I am the Damn Customer the Last Time That I Looked At My Wallet! She obviously was NOT happy with us because I was NOT happy and if she had any Etiquette or Class, then she would have accepted my Appropriate Fish Order and presented ME with My Bowl Of Soup with NO Problem! Instead She Wanted To Cause A Chaos And She Got Exactly What She And The Restaurant Deserved! She Obviously Messed With The Wrong Customer! Do Not Mistake Me For An Idiot, Because I Am Not Just Any Customer! Furthermore since I was NOT very happy with her Poor Presentation, I asked to speak to the Owner Of The Restaurant and then she presents ME with some man who claimed to be the General Manager. Sadly, the General Manager was NOT concerned at all with my Complaints, In Addition to their Menu Prices Being Very Expensive And Outrageously Overpriced, but instead of addressing my concerns, this Loser tells ME to Stop Yelling when he does NOT know ME from Adam and has NOT Heard ME Yell! He should go to the Other Tables and Tell His Other Customers To Lower Their Voices and Stop Talking So Loudly if he is so concerned! I did tell him that he was Very Rude and he Got Offended and Asked Us (My 84 Year Old Mother And Myself To Leave His Restaurant)! Honestly, Did You Think That We Even Wanted To Stay After How You Mistreated The Both Of Us? Get Real? Please Note: On Our Way Out Of That Horrible Restaurant, I Also Warned The General Manager That I Will Be Publishing Very Negative Reviews On Social Media Websites To Inform The Public On Exactly What Kind Of Horrible Supposedly Kosher Restaurant Establishment They Have Going On There and To Also Inform The Public On Exactly How Unprofessional They Are And How They Treat Their Customers! WARNING: Never In My Life Have I Been Asked To Leave A Restaurant And I Swear To God For Any Company Out There That Abuses ME Or Any Of My Family Members Or Friends Will Be Written Up On All Of The Well Known Social Media Websites! The menu specifically states that if you order a fish entree or a pasta entree, you receive either a free bowl of soup or a free mixed greens salad. Your ridiculous self proceeds to order something completely different, i.e.

something from the sandwich section (which already offers the free mixed greens) and you actually expected the free soup as well. Basically, you thought you would be clever and get both the free salad AND the free soup. You became enraged when the waitress does not break the rules and risk losing her job and bring you what you demand anyway. Hey d*ckhead, did you know that the waitstaff is not empowered by restaurant management to give away free food?!!

I've noticed you have a problem literally everywhere you go!!! If you are having a problem everywhere you go, YOU are the problem!!! I applaud the owner for asking you to leave. Had I been a fellow customer that day, I would have have told you to shut the *** and leave myself!!!

If I am ever in Toronto, I will make a point of going to this restaurant specifically so I can then turn around and leave them a nice online review!

I am one of the first people to advocate for consumer rights but in your case, you sound like a raving lunatic. Your threats of posting your story to social media will only backfire as most (logical) people will conclude you were in the wrong.

You also come across as having anger management issues.

Had I been the manager, I probably would have called the police on you and let them deal with you. If you think the other patrons in the restaurant were not shaking their heads in disgust at your behaviour, you are sadly mistaken.

Every time I write a Legitimate Review, their website form to Fill Out The Complaint On is So Small that Your Whole Complaint Will Not Even Fit On It! Not Even Half Of It Will Make It On There! Yes, I have Complained About It To Them Numerous Times Through their Email address of: info@***.com and ALL Of My Complaints so far have Gone Ignored! Not Only Does Their Form Not Fit ANY Of My Reviews In Full, but when You Are Trying To Upload Your Documents, well it Looks Like The Documents Are Uploading, but When You Try To Process Your Whole Review with the Uploaded Documents, You Always Get An Error Message and sadly, Most or All Of Your Documents will Not Get Published and You May or May Not Get Your Review Published! In My Case, I have sent them Many Reviews To Be Published with Documents and I can tell You that 80% or More Were Never Published Without A Reason Ever Given To Me and for the Reviews that were Published, maybe One Document Out Of Eight Or More Were Ever Published!
