Aeromexico Airlines - Aeromexico Sucks And Does Not Care About ME, Their Customer!

Back on Wednesday, June 1st, 2016, I took My Very First Flight Using My Precious 30,000 SkyMiles That I Have Religiously Saved For Through Delta Airlines To Go From Buenos Aires, Argentina To Toronto, Ontario Canada and I did NOT have a Very Good Experience at all!

To Start Off: The Flight Did NOT Take Off For At Least One Full Hour so basically we did NOT leave from Buenos Aires, Argentina as scheduled and we did NOT receive any type of Compensation For This Horribly, Drastic Delay!

Before We Received Our First Lunch Meal, One Of Your Flight Attendants Made A Very Strange Request And Demanded To Have All Of The Window Shades Closed During Daylight Hours!

Please NOTE: I NEVER experienced this before on any airplane in my life and asked Why and Never Received An Answer!

I felt Very Uncomfortable With This To Say The Very Least!

To Continue On: Shortly After That Incident, They Did Serve Us A Pasta Or Chicken Lunch, However, The Portions Were Not Very Large At All Compared To Delta Airlines' Portions.

I did In Fact ask for An Extra Meal because I Was Starving With Their Small Portioned Meals and Waited Over An Hour for one and sadly one of Their Flight Attendants Came Back And Told Me That There Were No More Meals which I did Not Believe because Not Only Was The Plane Half Way Full During My First Flight, but even One Of Their Customers Who Was Sleeping Near Me and Got His Meal Quite Late (Close To An Extra Hour Longer That I Had Waited) and it is Simply Amazing That There Was Still A Meal For Their Other Customer (Even Though It Was Rather Late), but there was NOT An Extra Meal For ME!

How Ridiculous and Very Selfish Does It Get!

Last, but Not Least, Their Inflight Entertainment System Definitely Needs Improvement as well!

During my Infllight Experience, I was NOT able to Find One Single News Station such as Fox, CNN, BBC, etc.

I have NEVER been on an airplane that does NOT have any News Station on their Inflight System and Aeromexico Is The First!

When it came to search for Music Albums on Their Music Stations, there was also a Very Poor Selection as well!

and.....When it came to Television Shows, Yes, They Have Some, but For Example, They Have No Cooking Shows, such as Kitchen Nightmares, No Designing Shows such as HGTV, etc.

Please NOTE: Aeromexico should examine Delta's Inflight Entertainment System and Follow Their Steps and Perhaps They Would Have A Much Better Service!

Please NOTE: I want to touch on One More Thing That Bothered Me...

Since Back On My First Flight, we were NOT Served Dinner, then by the time I got to My Second Flight, I was still Starving and sadly, there was NO Dinner Being Served on My Final Flight and I had to wait until the Very Next Morning For The Small Breakfast to be served!

Overall, this was Not A Very Good Aeromexico Inflight Experience and Definitely Not Worth My 30,000 Hard Earned Skymiles That I Used To Purchase This One Way Flight!

Please NOTE: I did send out this letter of Very Serious Complaint to all of Aeromexico's Top Executives and I did receive two (2) Unhelpful Reply Letters:

One From Monserrat Dehesa (mdehesa@***.com) and the other from Edouard Francis Piquet (epiquet@***.com).

BOTH of them were Useless, Greedy and Selfish and Offered ME No Resolution and NO Compensation For My Legitimate, Serious Complaints!

Furthermore, BOTH of them do NOT know How To Read English and even Skipped Over One Of My Concerns Regarding Closing The Window Shades During Daylight Hour and Even Changed Around The Wording Of My Concern To Mean Something Totally Different Than What I Had Written!

Please Note: They could have offered ME some Delta Skymiles Back To My Account For This Disgusting, Horrible Service!

Instead, They Offered Me Nothing!

I am Never Flying With Aeromexico Again!

As much as I like ComplaintsBoard.com, I Hate Them as well!

The reason is because they are the ONLY website for the Most Part that Every Time I Try To Add Attachments To My Review, I Get The Exact Same Error Message And Then ONLY My Review Gets Posted and NOT The Attachments!

Yes, I Did Complain To Their Latvian Customer Service Department About It And Their Response Was That It Is On My End, however, they are The Only Complaints Website Out There That I Experience This Problem With!

Furthermore, on their Company Facebook, I used to send them Copies Of My Reviews, along with the Attachments because it was basically the Only Way That I Could Communicate With Them since they Claim That They Do Not Have An Email Address Any More For Their Members, But I Beg To Differ because I do have their Email Address, however, they Claim That They Do Not Use It Anymore!

So, basically Communicating With Them Is *** On Earth!

Please Note: They do Not Have Phone Support and They Refuse To Accept Emails and Facebook was one of their Methods Of Contact because on there I could Send Them All Of My Attachments, however, ONLY sometimes they Would Post Them For Me, however, Most Of The Time They Will Not And Therefore My Attachments Would Never Get Posted, Period!

To Make Things Worst: They used to allow ME to send them messages, comments and attachments, via Facebook, however, ONLY very recently they Purposely And Deliberately CLOSED AND BLOCKED OUT THAT FEATURE on their Public Facebook Profile making My Job Impossible To Communicate With Them For Help since they are Refusing To Fix The Uploading Documents Problem!

Since that happened on their Facebook, the ONLY method to contact them is through their website, however, You Will Not Be Able To Send Them Any Attachments Through Their Website and they did that Purposely, of course!

To Make Things Even Worst: I continued to Complain To Them about the Uploading Documents Problem and before they used to Communicate With ME about it and Now They Simply Ignore ME!

Final Words And Thoughts: I got so Tired and Fed Up with this Continuous Problem and Abuse that I told them in my last letter that if this problem does Not Get Fixed, then I will Stop Writing Reviews For Them On Their Website!

As Of Sunday, June 5th, 2016, NO More Reviews Shall Be Written On To Their Website By Howard Paul Shore...

So, it may not be a case of a site stealing another's sites content but rather that the OP decided to post in multiple places.

You are complaining about a FREE service! Complaintsboard is not charging you to use their site, yet you are complaining as if they are cheating you out of money.

Complaints Board has really horrible customer service, which is really ironic, since it's a website about customer service complaints.

If you want a complaint deleted, for instance, good luck - they will not accept ANYTHING except original email address + password (if it's been years and you no longer have access to that account, you're out of luck). They will not accept anything tied to the account, not your name or address or anything, not legal identification, proof of ownership of the domain you just e-mailed from, nope, because that would make way too much sense!

Every time I write a Legitimate Review, their website form to Fill Out The Complaint On is So Small that Your Whole Complaint Will Not Even Fit On It! Not Even Half Of It Will Make It On There! Yes, I have Complained About It To Them Numerous Times Through their Email address of: info@***.com and ALL Of My Complaints so far have Gone Ignored! Not Only Does Their Form Not Fit ANY Of My Reviews In Full, but when You Are Trying To Upload Your Documents, well it Looks Like The Documents Are Uploading, but When You Try To Process Your Whole Review with the Uploaded Documents, You Always Get An Error Message and sadly, Most or All Of Your Documents will Not Get Published and You May or May Not Get Your Review Published! In My Case, I have sent them Many Reviews To Be Published with Documents and I can tell You that 80% or More Were Never Published Without A Reason Ever Given To Me and for the Reviews that were Published, maybe One Document Out Of Eight Or More Were Ever Published! Square, Inc. Committed Fraud! Do Not Use Them!

Back on Saturday, April 30th, 2016, I used my American Express Credit Card to pay my contractor $20,000.00 for a job that has Not Been Finished!

The way that I paid for this amount of money was by receiving an Invoice that my contractor sent to ME, however, Square, Inc. is the actual company that Charged My Credit Card and is the Same Company that is Responsible For Transferring My Money To Whoever I Wish To Pay which In My Case Was NEVER DONE!

I have waited Very Patiently For MY MONEY to be transferred to Mr. Justin Rivas, the Contractor and at least 18 Days Went By and Square, Inc. Deliberately and Purposely REFUSED TO TRANSFER OVER THE MONEY!

This Unprofessional and Dishonest Company was Illegally Holding My Money In Their Own Internal Account 100% Against My Will And Without My Legal Permission, Consent, Nor Authorization!

What Square, Inc. Has Committed Was FRAUD!

I can NOT tell you and reiterate on just How Many Times I Have Contacted The Horrible Square, Inc. No Customer Service Phone Number Of: 1-85*-700-**** to find out Why They Are Not Sending MY MONEY OVER TO MR. JUSTIN RIVAS, THE CONTRACTOR!

Guess What Their Response Is? Answer: We Can NOT Discuss This Issue With You and Can Only Talk To Mr. Justin Rivas About It!

My Response: That Does Not Make Any Sense Since It Was Me Who Initiated The $20,000.00 Payment To Begin With and It Was Done With My American Express Credit Card Which Is In My Name, NOT HIS!

Square, Inc.'s Customer Service Department did absolutely Nothing To Assist Me, Nor Help Me!

Furthermore, I did speak to Mr. Justin Rivas about it and he also called them many times ONLY to receive a Runaround, Lies and Mind Games stating that he did Not Fill Out The Paperwork Properly, or that he Needs To Resend Some Of The Same Documents Over And Over.

Even though he did as he was told, Square, Inc. still REFUSED TO SEND THE $20,000.00 DOLLARS OVER TO MR. JUSTIN RIVAS, THE CONTRACTOR!

I was so Angry and Pissed Off over this Type Of Abuse Coming From Square, Inc. that I tried to call their Customer Service Department back again and Dispute The Money and Have It Go Back To My American Express Credit Card and this is What Their Customer Service Screwed Up Department Told Me!

Square, Inc. Customer Service's Response: They told me that they can NOT Dispute The $20,000.00 for ME On My Behalf (Even Though I Am The Payer) and said that I need to contact American Express To Dispute It!

Well they are also 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS SINCE THEY TOOK MY $20,000.00 ILLEGALLY AND COMMITTED FRAUD BY HOLDING MY MONEY IN ONE OF THEIR INTERNAL ACCOUNTS WITHOUT SENDING IT TO MR. JUSTIN RIVAS AS IT STATES ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT!

Please NOTE: I have NEVER had an experience like this one before and hopefully NEVER AGAIN!

Moving Forward: Back On, Monday, May 16th, 2016, I finally decided to Stop Waiting, Hoping and Dreaming for Square, Inc. to Transfer This Money To Mr. Justin, Rivas, The Contractor and instead I called up American Express and Filed A Dispute Against Square, Inc. For FRAUD!

Please NOTE: I Refuse to Pay For Fraud and Refuse to Pay For Something that I NEVER RECEIVED and Square, Inc. Must Have A Reputation at Doing This To Many Of Their Customers!

The Problem Is That Many Of Their Ex-Customers Are Afraid To Post Reviews On Their Negative Experiences because they are either Afraid or Scared Of The Outcome, Including Retaliation By The Company Which Rarely Happens, or Just Do Not Have The Time or Maybe They Simply Do Not Care To Let The Public Know On What Happened To Them And Would Rather Just Keep It Private!

However, I Dare To Be Different and I Am Blowing The Whistle Loud And Clear Against Square, Inc. To Let Them Know That You Can NOT Get Away With This!

At The Present Time, I Am Still Waiting For This Fraudulent Money Of $20,000.00 That Square, Inc. Stole And Held In Their Internal Company Account To Be Returned Back To American Express Since I Will NOT Pay For FRAUD!

I am also Making A Very Serious Recommendation To American Express To Cut Their Ties And Business Dealings With Square, Inc. In Order To Prevent This Type Of Fraud From Happening To Their Other Customers Like It Just Happened To ME!

Final Thoughts: My Advice To Anyone Searching For A Way To Pay Somebody Is First Of All "NOT To Ever Consider Using Square, Inc."

I agree. They are doing the same thing to me.

I am a muralist and completed the job. But because I recieve large amounts from various customers, they pinned me as a fraud and kept all my money. THe clients had been charged but themoney ahs never come to me. What is worse, Square pulled the same amount out of my bank.

SO they have twice the money. The clients were charged. The mural was complete, and the money never came to me AND they pulled out money from my account. They are not good and not to be trusted.

I have had the same experience with them. I am sorry this.

my friend in the auction/consignment business has had multiple high-value transactions delayed unnecessarily by square - and it's always some sort of administrative nonsense.

Mind you, none of the lower sub $500 transactions get delayed, its consistently amounts larger than that.

Ahora tengo 2 clientes que no consigo y ellos mantienen mi dinero y me dijeron que me habรญan cerrado el servicio me han gritado me han tratado como delincuente y el servicio al cliente es el peor.

Practicamente nos paso lo mismo *** la cantidad de $5230.00 se proceso el invoice de cliente despue de 2 dias nos mandaron un email acusando nuestro negocio de 10 anos de fraude. A las 48 hours mandaron otro e mail que congelaron los fondos por movimiento SOSPECHOSO y tomara 60 a 90 dias para re embolsar el dinero . Esta compania es un FRAUDE COMPLETO FRAUDE. This company is the worst I ever encountered.

Please be aware.

I never said anything bad about any business but this Company needs to be stop. Please be United and help to bring this Company to the END.

I was a legitimate member of LinkedIn with a profile for several years, however, during the past year, they have Illegally, Purposely and Deliberately Blocked My Account with NO HONEST REASON GIVEN!

I know that I did Nothing Illegal on their website!

The ONLY thing that I did was contact other members which is What You Are Supposed To Do When You Are Legitimately Networking and send out ONLY Legitimate Messages To Other Members Like Myself and it was up to the other members if they wanted to communicate with me and/or be my friend or NOT!

Question: What Is Wrong Or Illegal With That?

Answer: Ask The LinkedIn Court Of Law?

It was the SAME as when I would receive their messages asking ME the Same Thing to be their friend and of course, it was My Choice of whether I wanted to Accept them or NOT!

This HONEST WAY OF COMMUNICATING ON LINKEDIN seemed to bother the people who help run their website and they would come back to ME and tell ME to ONLY Add People Who Know ME which is so *** and RIDICULOUS because I was getting tons of Friendship and/or Business Requests from people on LinkedIn and I Never Let It Bother Me since LinkedIn Is A Networking Website and their Sole Purpose Of Their Existance Is To Allow Their Members To Network With One Another!

It Is A Personal Choice To Become Someones's Friend Or Not and this is certainly NOT a Legal, nor Legitimate Reason To Block Somebody's Account if somebody Does Not Respond Back To Me and/or Does Not Wish To Be My Friend and/or Networking Connection on LinkedIn.

In Any Case, these Losers Blocked My Account and Refused To Let Me Create Another Account.

Today, Being Wednesday, May 11, 2016, I just Had Enough With Them And Their Abuse, Lies, Games, Etc. and so I wrote them a letter today on their website and told them that if they are going to keep on Discriminating and Prejudicing ME like they have been doing so far by Illegally Preventing Me From Creating and/or Using My Previous Profile On LinkedIn and Refusing To Return My Profile That I Wrote About Myself Back To ME, then I will Take Them To Small Claims Court and we can deal with it there.

I also told them that I am Publishing Several Negative Reviews about them on many Social Media Websites with Documentation so that everybody knows what they did to ME and Can Therefore See LinkedIn's True Colors From My Experience And Perspective!

Paypal. Inc. Is Far From Being As Honest And Fair As They Used To Be!

Back around my birthday, believe it or Not which was on Saturday, February 13, 2016, I tried to send my contractor a payment via Paypal and it would Not go through...

I sent out numerous complaint letters to find out Why it was Not working and they would Not tell me a *** thing and also would Not help me either and kept referring me to contact the merchant and have him contact Paypal to try and work out his Limitation Problem.

Well, he eventually contacted Paypal and they LIED to Lito by telling him that he owes them money which was around $8,000.00.

Whatever they claimed he owed them, it is a 100% LIE because Paypal makes their money on Commissions when people send money through their system.

Please NOTE: There is NO way that anybody could steal money through Paypal because they have a 100% Secure System and Paypal Always Gets Their Money First and then they disperse it internally by going through it and then taking out their commissions and fees and then Paying You The Difference.

In Other Words: They Have Total Control Of Your Money And Payouts Before It Even Gets Into Your Hands and therefore, there is No Way That Paypal Can Even Make A Single Handed Mistake!

Furthermore, there is NO way in *** that Lito could Steal Any Money and I know Lito quite well and he is NOT like that, but Paypal being the kind of Corrupt and Corporatist Company That They Are; They Can Therefore Say And Do Anything That They Want With Their Customers (Whether It Is True Or Not), Just To Get Rid Of Them Like They Did With Both Lito And Then Myself Right After I Had Filed Complaints About What They Did To Him!

Well, I was Very Angry and Upset over this because Lito did Not Deserve Paypal's Lies, Abuse and Mistreatment and of course later on, Neither Did I!

I therefore continued to Send Out Complaint Letters and believe it or NOT within a Few Days, Paypal Illegally Blocked, Limited and Terminated My Account Just Because I Filed Legitimate Complaints!

What A Joke?

I did Nothing Illegal and since Paypal can Not Be Honest With Their Customers, they instead Just Get Rid Of Them instead of having to Deal With Them like they did with Lito and then ME!

I have to tell YOU that Lito was so ANGRY AND UPSET AT PAYPAL and then ME because Lito thought that I did something to cause him to Lose His Account, but he knows that Deep Inside I Had Nothing To Do With It And It Was ALL Paypal's Fault And Nobody Else's!

Please NOTE: The Only Thing that I did was Dispute A Few Charges Because What Happened Was That I Paid Lito With My Visa Credit Card By Accident And Then Went Ahead And Repaid The Same Amount From My American Express Credit Card (Because Paypal Will Not Allow You To Cancel An Immediate Charge, Sadly Speaking) and so, I did Not Want To End Up With A Double Bill and so I ONLY Disputed The Extra Double Charges, but Lito was NEVER Out Of Pocket and what I did was 100% Legal and Legitimate and Lito knows that and so I do NOT even know if that caused his Paypal Account To Shut Down since Paypal would NEVER Tell Me The TRUTH!

In any case, Thanks To God, Lito was able to Find Another Credit Card Acceptance Provider (with My Help) which is Not Only Cheaper, but Better And Friendlier To Use and they have Real, Live American Customer Service as well!

In Fact, I just made My Very First Payment through them Just A Few Days Ago and Love It!

However, with Paypal, Inc., They Really Suck and I am So Glad that they are NOT the Only Provider Out There In The World!

Yelp.com has a Big, Filthy, Disgusting Habit of Using People to write Reviews For Free and Profiting from the Reviews.

I can NOT believe that I am actually Writing A Negative Review On A Complaints Website called Yelp.com, but I Guess I Could Be The First One!

I was a Volunteer, Independent, Freelance Writer for Yelp.com, including other Much Better Social Media / Complaint Websites and do NOT have any problems with the others, except for this ONE since they are run and staffed by a Bunch Of Mean, Mafia Haters!

I was Never an employee of theirs, however, since I wrote over
300 Reviews, I felt that I was a Big Part Of The Yelp.com Family and so Yes, I considered myself an Executive Writer with Yelp.com (which is a title that I always give to myself when I have done some Heavy Duty Writing), however, that did NOT mean I worked for them, nor got paid from them and Never Said I Did because the answer is a Big NO!

Sadly, back on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, the very Mean, Angry Mafia Group Of Employees that work for Yelp.com have obviously Nothing Better To Do, but Gang Up On ME for NO Legitimate Reason and they just Make Stuff Up as an excuse to Close My Account!

Trust Me, Nothing Illegal Was Done, Nor Committed!

Sadly, once again, the Only Excuse that they used is the one that I have in the attachments that they emailed me just the other day in which I had mentioned before in a previous paragraph.

This to ME is NOT a Legitimate Reason to get rid of ME and what I do NOT understand is the FACT that Why Would They Let Me Write At Least 300 Plus Reviews without Getting Rid Of ME Any Sooner?

Typically if You do Something Wrong, they tell you by email and then you have the Chance and Opportunity to Correct It. In my case, I only received Very Minor Complaints which were NOT major and I did Correct Them Since They Were All Fixable With No Penalties Applied, however, when You Are Dealing With A Bunch Of Angry, Jealous, Racist, Hateful People, there is virtually Nothing That You Can Do To Make Peace With Them.

Please NOTE: They Think That They Are Doing The World A Big Favor!

Furthermore, ALL of my Reviews are 100% Truthful and Honest, unlike the many Fake Reviews that Yelp.com does Nothing About!

Please NOTE: Not Only Does Yelp.com Have Fake Reviews, But They Also Allow Paid Outside Employees From Various Companies To Publish Fake Reviews and of course, Yelp.com Does Nothing About It Because They Profit By Charging These Companies For Advertising!

One of the reviews that somebody wrote had the F Word in it which is supposed to be considered a Violation, however, when I reported it, they responded by telling ME that it is acceptable in their member's review which is what I call *** Backwards, however, in my Case, when I do NOT use any Profanity and just write Truthful, Honest Reviews, they still decide Without Good Cause to Get Rid Of Me Like Trash!

Please NOTE: This is exactly the Second Time that I have experienced the Same Type Of Abuse coming from Yelp.com for doing Absolutely Nothing Wrong!

Not Only Did They Close My Account Twice For No Good Reasons, but they also
STEAL BACK MY REVIEWS that I wrote and it happens to be My Property that we are talking about.

Please NOTE: I did email them a Request to Please Return My Reviews Back To Me and so far, I have received NO RESPONSE!

Please NOTE: If I Do Not Get My Reviews From Both Accounts Returned Back To Me, then I Will Take Them To Small Claims Court!

For Your Information: The Reason Why I did create a 2nd Account is because I did NOT Commit A Crime and since I have NO Criminal Record, I feel that I have the Legal Right To Continue Writing Legitimate Reviews on their website.

Please NOTE: For Your Information...One of the ways that Yelp.com Makes Money is by Publishing Fake Reviews and Believe ME, there are plenty of them.

Please NOTE: Yelp.com also Makes Their Main Money by Contacting Companies and getting them to Advertise on their site.

What is really strange about their way of doing business is the Fact that the Writers/Reviewers are for the Most Part, the ones who are Posting The Company Profiles which include the company's name, address, phone number, website, etc. and so I do NOT understand of Why They Continue To Harass The Companies For Money To Supposedly Advertise due to the FACT that the companies being harassed are Already Listed and Published on Yelp.com and therefore Yelp.com does NOT have a Need For Their Money, nor to contact them since these companies are Already Listed for FREE!

However, Yelp.com is Desperate For Money and will do Whatever They Can to Stay Afloat and Alive.

Final Thoughts: Thankfully, They Are Not The Only Reviews Website Out There and All Of The Other Ones That I Volunteer For As Their Executive Writer "Treat Me With Respect And Dignity" in which Yelp.com Lacks!

Please Do Not Do Business With Yelp.com!

A Big Waste Of Time, Money And Energy!

Yelp is a joke and serves no purpose. I was reading their responses to complaints at the BBB and they were very abrupt and lackadaisical in their 'business responses'.

It was like a very young immature person was responding or someone high. On one of the complaints, a gentleman was asking they remove libelous information about him, as he was not the owner of the restaurant in question and could prove it. Yelp's response was they were sorry, but they are not able to override their computer system.... SAY WHAT?

They have no control over their own computer system???

Who's in charge then? The computer??

No Wonder They Got So Many Bad Reviews! Many Members Are Scared To Come Out And Tell The Truth! I Have Hidden The Truth Long Enough! Now It Is Time To Spill The Beans!===========================================I was Invited to Volunteer as an Updater and Supporter to the Data Content of their website called Data.com and it has been, Nothing, but a Major, Big Disaster, a Big Scam, A Big Fraud and ***-Artist for the various reasons and explanations given and provided below, along with (23) Pages Of Attachments to Support My Claim and Major Complaint! I have worked Extremely Hard at Providing ONLY Real, Honest, Legitimate Information that I had obtained from Various, Existing Company Websites for the past three (3) to six (6) months and the kind of Respect that I received from this Ungrateful, Non-Respectful Company was CONSTANT HARASSMENT and BEING BLOCKED AND LOCKED OUT OF THEIR WEBSITE FOREVER as of Thursday, March 24th, 2016. I NEVER made anything up, nor LIED about the Data Being Submitted and/or Published! All of the Information that I had Provided Can Be Verified! However, this company has a Very Bad Habit at Preventing Their Good Members from Remaining Rainmaker Members (which is the Highest Status and Ranking Given to the Members who have Provided the Most Accurate and Legitimate Data). At the Very Beginning of my time with them, I did Receive the Rules and Have Studied And Even Memorized Them such as the following: 1) You Can Not Use Abbreviations Or Have Accents Above The First Or Last Name.2) You Can Not Have All Numbers In The Email Address.3) The Email Address Must Be The Person's Name And Nothing Else Such As Support@ or Info@ or Ceo@, etc.4) You Can Not Have The Word Retired Or Student Just For The Job Title.5) You Can Not Have Any Cellular Phone Number Or Home Phone Number For The Contact Number.6) You Can Not Use The Abbreviations Jr. Or Sr. Or Phd Or Doctor Or Rabbi In The Contact Names.7) You Can Not Use A Post Office Box Number For The Physical Company Address.8) You Can Not Switch Around The Job Titles When Updating Contacts Such As Going From Marketing Director to Director Of Marketing. You worked for a company that collects sales leads data to then harass and pester people and businesses for other annoying businesses. I have no sympathy that you appear to have been doing a lot of work for a glorified Marlboro points reward system rather than real pay for a real job, and even if you were screwed over good riddance; one less person helping them annoy people like me who want nothing to do with them and don't appreciate all my info being collected and traded around.

It started off on a good note whereby I spoke with Michele La Flesch, the Executive Project Manager/Showroom Manager (Michele.Laflesch@***.com) (Office Phone: 310-516-**** x240 & Cellular Phone: 310-404-****) at the Very Beginning who was Very Professional and able to make me an appointment which was great, but Honestly, it was NOT her who was the Main Problem! It was her Designer, Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****). After speaking to Michele La Flesch, the Executive Project Manager/Showroom Manager (Michele.Laflesch@***.com) (Office Phone: 310-516-**** x240 & Cellular Phone: 310-404-****), she sent over one designer and for some strange reason, her designer was Not able to connect, nor reach my tenant and so she had to send over another designer on another day who was a Very Big Problem to deal with (Personality Speaking) at least towards me! Yes, the second designer did make the drawings and give the price which was extremely OverInflated to say the very least because when I spoke to Michele La Flesch, the Executive Project Manager/Showroom Manager (Michele.Laflesch@***.com) (Office Phone: 310-516-**** x240 & Cellular Phone: 310-404-****) over the phone at the Very Beginning, I had made it Very Clear to her that I did NOT want to go over $1,000.00 at the very most and she understood that, but her second designer obviously did Not Care! Anyway, going back on the day of Tuesday, March 22, 2016, I had one of my first opportunities to speak with the second designer, Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) and he definitely was NOT an easy person to deal with, period! Number One: As mentioned in my earlier paragraph, he tried to purposely and deliberately Rip Me Off by trying to Upsell His Closet to my tenant, even though Michele La Flesch, the Executive Project Manager/Showroom Manager (Michele.Laflesch@***.com) (Office Phone: 310-516-**** x240 & Cellular Phone: 310-404-****) gave him Clear Instructions that my budget was only $1,000.00 and he as I had stated before simply Did Not Care and went Over The Price! Sadly, I had to go through Michele La Flesch, the Executive Project Manager/Showroom Manager (Michele.Laflesch@***.com) (Office Phone: 310-516-**** x240 & Cellular Phone: 310-404-****) in order to get the price down to where it was supposed to be and by right, I Deserved A Further Discount for Jacob "Jay" Haralambous's, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) Negligence in Failing To Respect And Abide By His Customer's Wishes in which was NEVER granted to me! Please NOTE: During my discussion with Michele La Flesch, the Executive Project Manager/Showroom Manager (Michele.Laflesch@***.com) (Office Phone: 310-516-**** x240 & Cellular Phone: 310-404-****), she was at first going to take accessories away from my closet in order to push the price down (Which Was Not My Fault And You Know Whose Fault That Was) and I told her NOT to do it and to just keep the price at $1,000.00 and she did agree with me which was fine so far. However, dealing with Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) has been nothing, but a Big Nuisance and a Big Bother! For Example: Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) wanted ME to sign this document and that document when he knew for a FACT as previously explained to him by Michele La Flesch, the Executive Project Manager/Showroom Manager (Michele.Laflesch@***.com) (Office Phone: 310-516-**** x240 & Cellular Phone: 310-404-****) that I was in Brasil and without a Printer; especially staying in an area that is classified as Third World, but he really Did Not Care That Much, but he did tell me that he would try to think of a solution in which I was hopeful. During that day he asked me to email him my Personal American Express Credit Card information, Billing Address, 4 Digit Number On The Front Of The Card, etc. and I did as I was told. Sadly, the situation got only Worst! On the very next day being Wednesday, March 23, 2016, I received another email from Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) and he said to me that he needed more documents to be signed and I responded back in telling him that I, once again do NOT have a Printer and then he responded by telling me that he will ask Kory Taylor, My Assistant to sign whatever documents that he needs and he also stated to me that he still needs to get Permission and Consent from the Corporate Office in order to Process My Legitimate American Express Credit Card. I found this Whole Thing to be Quite Dramatic, Disgusting, Ridiculous, Unprofessional and Very Time Consuming Just For A Small Closet (Since I Am NOT Buying, Nor Building A House!) to Say The Very Least and...Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) and his company Should Be More Than Qualified To Deal With Customers And In Getting Their Paperwork Filled Out For Their Customer's On Their Behalf (With Tape Recorded Verbal And/Or Emailed Permission And/Or Consent Given) (Whether Or Not They Are In The United States) And To Properly And Professionally Process Credit Cards Without Giving The Customer Any Additional Paperwork And/Or Legwork And/Or Stress which in My Case, Sadly Happened! Please NOTE: I Also Can Not Understand Why Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) Was Trying To Handle The Credit Card Billing When He Is Supposed To Be Just A Designer And Not A Bill And/Or Payment Collector For The Company? How Ridiculous? Do You Think That The Disaster Is Over? No Way! I did receive another email from Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) telling ME that he could NOT reach Kory Taylor, My Assistant and in his letter he said that "This Is Becoming Quite Difficult" which is Only A Sign and/or a Signal Informing Me That He Is About To Walk Away And Give Up On My Project Altogether! His Behavior Is Classified As Another Method Of Low Class Unprofessionalism, Non-Compassion, Including A Lack Of Dedication, Nor Commitment To My Small Project On His Part! In Reality: The ONLY person who is being Extremely Difficult is Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) himself and Nobody Else with his once again, Horrible Unprofessionalism and Very Poor Manners which comes along with his Disgusting, Pitiful, Selfish, Non-Caring Attitude! Please Note: When I received Jacob "Jay" Haralambous's, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) second last letter, I called up Michele La Flesch, the Executive Project Manager/Showroom Manager (Michele.Laflesch@***.com) (Office Phone: 310-516-**** x240 & Cellular Phone: 310-404-****) to Seriously Complain about Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) and his Very Poor Method On Treating And Handling ME as his customer and How Poorly Managed he has Handled My Project so far, however, when I called up Michele La Flesch, the Executive Project Manager/Showroom Manager (Michele.Laflesch@***.com) (Office Phone: 310-516-**** x240 & Cellular Phone: 310-404-****), she was NOT available and then I ended up speaking with Erin Perdomo, Her Assistant. During my brief conversation with her she informed me that I need to speak to the Corporate Office if I have any Billing Questions, but when I asked her for the Phone Number and Name of the Billing Manager, she Refused to give it to me! We now have at least Two Employees from the Same Company who just do NOT Care About Closet Factory's Customers! Great Going! Please Also Note: During the whole conversation with Erin Perdomo, Her Assistant, I was NOT rude, nor did I yell at her, but instead, i just asked her to please ask Michele La Flesch, the Executive Project Manager/Showroom Manager (Michele.Laflesch@***.com) (Office Phone: 310-516-**** x240 & Cellular Phone: 310-404-****) to just return my phone call (which was Never Done) and that was ALL! Trust Me This Whole Closet Factory Experience Keeps On Escalating And Getting Worst By The Day And/Or Even The Minute: NOT Too Long After I Had That Conversation With Erin Perdomo, Her Assistant, I received a Very Strange Email from Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) Asking ME to call him back immediately because this is Urgent. I thought to myself, "How Urgent Can This Be Since Nobody Is In The Hospital And Nobody Died?" When I called Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) back, he was Extremely Rude, Mean, Aggressive and he Wrongfully and Falsely Accused ME of "Yelling" at Erin Perdomo, Her Assistant which was a Total LIE and then he Also Told ME To "Take My Business Elsewhere"! Basically, Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) Just Used The Yelling At Erin Perdomo, Her Assistant as a False And Pretentious Excuse to Just Get Rid Of ME As His Customer (Because He Did Not Want To Deal With Me Anymore!) even though In Reality, I Never Yelled At Her At All! To Me, It Sounds like Erin Perdomo, Her Assistant Basically Called Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) Back On The Phone after our Very Short Conversation and LIED to him about ME because she did Not Like Me Complaining About Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) at all and it Shows! Before I Go On: I Must Reiterate That It Is Simply Ironic That Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) Would Take Down By Email All Of My Personal Credit Card Information For My American Express Credit Card And Within One Or Two Days, He Purposely And Deliberately Rejects My Business For Invalid And Untrue Falsifications And/Or Reasons! Please NOTE: If I Find Any Illegal And/Or Unwanted Charges Show Up On My American Express Credit Card Because Of Jacob "Jay" Haralambous's, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) Negligence, I Will File A Fraud Report Against Him With The Los Angeles Police Department since this man NOW Knows My Private Credit Card Information when In Reality, He Had No Business Of Asking For It To Begin With since once again, he is Not A Bill And/Or Payment Collector For The Company! He Is Only A Designer! Please Also NOTE: If Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) had any Common Sense, Etiquette and Proper Business Education in which he Seriously Lacks, he could have asked ME Why I May Have Sounded Loud Over The Phone When Speaking With Erin Perdomo, Her Assistant and I would have told him that I was in Brasil as Michele La Flesch, the Executive Project Manager/Showroom Manager (Michele.Laflesch@***.com) (Office Phone: 310-516-**** x240 & Cellular Phone: 310-404-****) was Totally Aware Of from Our Very First Conversation and when I use Google Hangouts which is a FREE Service with Wi-Fi to call Long Distance from Brasil, the Volume Of My Voice typically Sounds Louder Than Normal and it is NOT Considered Yelling or Raising My Voice At All! Sadly, because of Jacob "Jay" Haralambous's, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) Poor Observations and Brain Mentality and Lack Of Customer Service And Social Skills, I NOW Have To Find Another Closet Making Provider! No Problem! I Can Find One! I Am A Grown Man! Not A Child! In My Very Own Personal Opinion: It Would Have Been Much Easier For The Closet Factory To Just Have Another Designer Work With Me Instead Of Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) Since All He Did Was Chase My Business Away From The Company, but I Guess The Damage Is Now Done! Final Thoughts: Closet Factory Can Do Whatever They Want, But I Believe That It Would Be In Their Best Interests To Just Get Rid Of Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****) And Hire A More Responsible Replacement who has Professionalism, Good Manners And Social Skills Because If They Continue To Keep Him Onboard, I Am Afraid He Is Going To Do This To Other Potential Customers And Cost The Company Money! Jacob "Jay" Haralambous, Design Consultant And Closet Therapist (Jacob.Haralambous@***.com) (Cellular Phone: 714-697-****), Michele La Flesch, the Executive Project Manager/Showroom Manager (Michele.Laflesch@***.com) (Office Phone: 310-516-**** x240 & Cellular Phone: 310-404-****) and the Rest Of Your Low Class, Uncaring Company; You Just Lost A Good, Honest, Real, Legitimate Customer who does NOT Tolerate Abuse, Games, Lies, Nor B.S.! Enclosed, in the Attachments, please find Copies Of Some Of The Conversations, via email that I had with Both Staff Members Mentioned Above For Your Reference And Further Review. PLEASE NOTE: In The Final Letter Coming From Michele La Flesch, the Executive Project Manager/Showroom Manager (Michele.Laflesch@***.com) (Office Phone: 310-516-**** x240 & Cellular Phone: 310-404-****), Not Everything That She Says Is True Because I Was Only Turned Down By One Closet Making Company Because They Claimed That The Job Was NOT Big Enough And That Was All And It Was NOT Two Closet Making Companies That Turned Me Down And So She Was Wrong On Her Part! Please Also Understand: Michele La Flesch, the Executive Project Manager/Showroom Manager (Michele.Laflesch@***.com) (Office Phone: 310-516-**** x240 & Cellular Phone: 310-404-****) Never Told Me Anything At The Very Beginning About Having To Sign Any Amount Of Paperwork, Nor Was I Informed By Her At The Very Beginning That Any Signing Would Be Involved At All; Especially To The Extent That It Was! This All Came To Me As A Big Surprise Later On In The Process Before Being Rejected As A Customer By You Know Who! Please NOTE: In Her Final Letter, She Also Defends Her Designer By Stating That He Is Tempermental (Which Is A Lie Since She Was Not Even On The Phone With Him And I During The Conversations And Neither Of Them Were Ever Recorded) And Of Course She Defends Her Company, But That Is Standard Practice And Behavior From Any Company! You Would Defend Your Company Too If You Were In Her Shoes Whether You Are Right Or Wrong! Obviously! Please Do Yourselves A Big Favor And Do Not Use This Company! There Are Better Closet Making Companies Out There!

After reading this long letter and the format that it was written, it is a big red flag. Anyone to write such a letter giving peoples name and phone number in every paragraph has some major mental issues.

It's clear this company was dealing with a crazy person and frankly if I had a business and had to deal with people like you I would turn you away as well. Anybody reading this letter should be able to see this person has some serious issues.
