I hired Fakumoh Angbare to fix the air conditioner for my tenants out in Azusa, California. He came over and gave me the price and supposedly fixed it, however, my tenants called me back within a few days to let me know that while he fixed it, he caused Additional Damage in the ceiling and when I contacted the contractor to come out and fix The Additional Damage, he only partially repaired the additional damage that he caused, however, he did NOT admit any fault even though the two (2) tenants who have been there for many years would Not Lie to me about something like this and they even supplied me with pictures and a statement to back themselves up. Furthermore, the situation Only Got Worst because Not only did the contractor NOT Totally Fix The Additional Damage That He Caused, but the work that he already did Reversed Itself and I had to hire another contractor to come out here to Redo and/or Fix The Work that this contractor Refused To Do meaning that when I told him that the Problem Repeated Itself and asked him to Come Back since his work is supposedly under Warranty, the Contractor Refused and asked me to find myself another contractor. What A Major Disappointment! Yes, I have the Right To Be Angry And Upset because this Job That We Are Talking About Cost Me At Least $1,300.00 dollars and of course, I did Dispute the Charges with American Express. Why should I pay for his Work if the Problem Repeated Itself Two Weeks Later? Furthermore, he also Damaged My Ceiling and Refuses To Accept Fault. so You Tell Me? i am the Customer that Last Time That I Checked My Wallet. Parexel - Not A Very Honest Company To Donate Blood To!

On and/or around Monday, November 30, 2015, I was invited to participate in a Blood and Urine Screening to be used for a Blood Pressure Medication and the dates that they were going to use ME were going to be either on December 9th, 2015 or December 14, 2015. I was told to wait for about 2-5 Days before calling in to check on my results and I did call up YuWon Kim, the Enrollment Specialist at: 818-254-**** and Alyssa N., the Clinical Research Coordinator at: 818-254-****. I can Not reiterate on How Many Messages That I Had To Leave On both Numbers in order to get any feedback from them since they Both Purposely and Deliberately Refused To Answer, Nor Respond Back To My Phone Calls. Furthermore, I knew that I was 100% Healthy and Qualified cause I did a study back home in Toronto, Ontario Canada about three (3) months ago and so I was Not Worried. However, when I finally spoke to YuWon Kim, she finally told ME that My Test Results Were Fine, No Problem and that I was Qualified, however, she said that there was a Concern because she claimed that I was Making Noise During My Blood Test. Well, in Reality that was a Total Lie! The Male Lobotomist that was on duty at that time was Not Totally Qualified at all at Locating My Veins and supposedly He Had Trouble In Finding Them and Yes, HE Was Deliberately Hurting ME! I have NEVER had these problems before with anybody locating my veins before in the past and if he would have done his job properly, then he would have found my veins instead of poking ME so many times unnecessarily! In Addition: I had NO problem with the man assigned to take people's blood, but I am very Angry and Upset because of that Incident since I was purposely Prejudiced and Discriminated Against and Singled Out out of the Whole Group and this Man obviously was NOT much of a Help because he spoke with YuWon Kim, the Enrollment Specialist and Alyssa N., the Clinical Research Coordinator and whatever he told them, I ended Up Losing The Job Of Being A Participant For Either Study On Either Date. I learned about this because the last time that I spoke with YuWon Kim she told me exactly what I am telling You. Please Note: YuWon Kim also told ME that I do NOT need to call back and she said that she would call ME back for either of those dates if she feels like using ME (if there are other candidates out there who are Not Qualified, then she would have ME replace them), which is a LIE! She purposely and deliberately Discriminated ME for Invalid and Untrue Reasons and therefore Labelled ME as a Problem behind my back just because Your Lobotomist Temporarily Hurt ME when this man poked me over and over and over since he was NOT doing his job properly in the first place causing me to be in pain. Since YuWon Kim has caused ME to Lose the Job and therefore Lose This Money that I could have Made due to Her Negligence, if I am NOT going to be Used In This Study That I Was Qualified For, then I need to be Compensated Properly For The Full Amount For My Loss that she has caused for NO Good, Legitimate, nor Valid Reasons. If we can Not Solve This Problem Together, then I will go to Small Claims Court and Solve It There. One Thing That I Will Not Tolerate is YuWon Kim's Abuse, Lies, Excuses, Mind Games, etc. She has Purposely and Deliberately moved my paperwork to the side, even though I was 100% Qualified and therefore DISCRIMINATED AND PREJUDICED ME for Invalid, Unacceptable, Non Legitimate Reasons. MetroPCS is The Big Winner!

I have been a very loyal customer to MetroPCS for at least 10 years. Boy, have they grown UP and have come a Very Long Way from being a provider whereby at one time Your Service would only work if You Were In A Certain Region of the State. When I first had the service back in the early 2000's out in Southern Florida, the service would work from for example, Miami up to around the Tampa area and then it would shut off until You got back into their coverage area. That Was Then, This Is Now! Today, the Service Covers practically the Whole United States which Now Includes Canada (my country) Yippee and Mexico depending on which type of Service You are paying for. Like I Said, MetroPCS has really Made Some Very Powerful and Positive Changes! In Addition, Now They Even Offer IPhone Services for the Same Price as an Android. Wow! I am Very Proud to be their Loyal Customer! I will Gladly give and provide a Very Good Reference, Letter Of Recommendation and Commendation to anybody who asks ME for one. No Problem! I want to also provide a Personal Commendation and High Recommendation to Alex out of the MetroPCS Corporate Store located at: 3700 South La Brea Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90016 who has known me for at least Seven (7) years + and has Provided ME with Outstanding and Top Class Customer Care Service whenever I need it! I also want to add an Extra Commendation and Recommendation to Richard, in their Southern California Corporate Offices for All Of His Hard Work, Patience and Efforts that he has Made and Built Towards ME at Keeping Me As His Very Happy And Loyal Customer as well! Um, just because you stopped payment and cancelation through your credit card, does not mean that you informed the actual company itself that you entered into the agreement with in the first place...so yes, they will be right saying in their eyes you kept the services for a while because you did not notify them. Maybe you should just stay out of the county and live else where??
