Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.

Worst Heat pump on market, Senville doesn't know their own products and don't mind wasting customers time and money! bought a arua 30K heat pump and installed the unit end of September 2019, by the end of Dec. 2019 unit was down. I am a HVAC Tech since 1998. I troubleshoot the unit and it came up with bad motherboard. Called Senville to have them send me a new motherboard. Had to spend over a week troubleshooting with Senville ( I work and they close at 4pm before I get home, so now I am leaving work early to troubleshoot with them so I can get the board under warranty. So it would of been cheaper for me to just buy the board not under warranty. Finally Senville agrees it is the motherboard and they need $25 from me for shipping. I get the new MB in February and got home with a hour and half of day light left in the day. I open up unit and mark wires quickly to replace the MB. get old board out and realize they sent me the wrong board. I keep the bad board so I can show them what board I need. get new board in April 2020 and email them for a schematic for mother board to find out the UL listing means nothing, they have to go through with China to get diagram. well 5/25/2020 get a email with a picture diagram( which shows nothing but the wires that are not in question.) no use. Of course by now my wire numbers are no longer on the wires and they just spoon feed you with just a wire at a time info.I ask detail questions like wire colors connects CN21 etc. and get the worse answers back. I have had their product for 9 months and unit ran for only 3 of them. I have ask Senville to just send me A REPLACEMENT CONDENSER SINCE THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR OWN PRODUCT. I HAVE ASK THEM TO START MY WARRANTY OVER FROM THE DATE THEY GET THE CORRECT INFO TO ME. Since yesterday I have emailed Mike at senville and have not gotten any email response back. The company is a joke and if you like wasting your time and money is the only reason to buy this junk. BE smart and buy LG. I spent $2k for unit and used it for 3 months, then it breaks down with just run arounds trying to get warranty parts and tech. support.I would of better been off never buying their product and not wasted my time and money.
User's recommendation: Dont waste your time and money buy a LG.
