Manville Palace Pizza - Worst Pizza and Customer Service Ever!

Bad, over-priced pizza, worst attitude ever. I would prefer to eat trash. The individual who now runs this place inherited it from one of the original owners. If they know what he is doing to their business, they should stop him before he destroys their spotless reputation and life's work. This used to be the best. It is now the worst I have been to in the enyire Eastern half of the US. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of pizzerias in this area where you can get better pizza at a reasonable price without this individual's nasty attitude of entitlement, arrogance and ignorance. And - he thinks bad adverising is a good thing???!!! This makes him a very POOR excuse for a business person on top of his MANY other faults. Stay far, far away from this one.

No, not resolved. The owner of this place is truly a BAD business owner, awful cook, and the WORST at customer care and service.

Dental Solutions Of Chambersburg - Dental care at its absolute worst!

I have been seeing Dr. Eric Weiss of Dental Solutions in Chambersburg, PA for about two years now. In the beginning, he and his staff represented their practice as being sensitive to the needs of the patient. This has NOT proven to be the case, over and over again. Dr. Weiss is only concerned about keeping your teeth in your mouth as a source of financial security to fund his next vacation. He will not recommend extraction in any case, no matter how bad. He puts off doing any work until a patient is in extreme pain in order to charge the higher fee for emergency service. He recommends expensive procedures and insists these are the only option available so as to keep those good old dollars flowing into his pockets. He refuses to consider the fact that some insurance doesn't cover certain procedures. He refuses to consider the fact that some patients may not be able to afford to make monthly payments. He refuses to consider that the most expensive procedures are not always the best for every circumstance.

Chambersburg Dental Associates - Worst dental care EVER

Dr. Mazzarella of Chambersburg Dental Associates did a cleaning and began an evaluation. He recommended certain treatments which my insurance would not cover. After I tried to explain this, he told he would need time to review my file to complete the evaluation and would call me within 2 or 3 days. I NEVER heard from him. In the meantime, he billed my insurance for a completed cleaning, exam, and evaluation. My insurance paid the claim. After waiting a week, I attempted to call him to get the details of the evaluation. He was "unavailable" to take my call and once again, did not call me back when I left a message. I called again and was told he would NO LONGER be treating me. He never treated me in the first place but billed for services he did NOT complete. This leaves me waiting another six months to seek treatment from another dentist since my insurance will only pay for one cleaning/exam/evaluation every six months. When I mentioned this, no one at the office seemed to be concerned that they had charged for services that were not completed.

Comcast - Most horrible experience ever

Think about this: Service constantly, and consistently, fails. No customer service available via phone. Call customer service and sit on hold for HOURS just to have your call mysteriously dropped without ever speaking to anyone. Customer service phone number rarely works. Help is supposedly available online but the links take you in never-ending circles. No way to send an email as these links are also circular and get you absolutely nowhere. Prices are way too high, especially since the service never works. Disconnect and return all their equipment and they will hound you and insist that you still owe money and/or have their equipment. If you don't pay - even though you don't really owe them anything - they'll report you to credit bureaus as owing hundreds of dollars. Doesn't sound good, does it? Then stay far, far away from Comcast and Xfinity.
