Austin Kayak - Open Box bait & switch? Who knows....

Open Box bait & switch? Who knows....Attempted to make and open box purchase. Next day was told item had been bought within "a few minutes" of my order being placed. Quite frankly, anything is possible but in this instance I have my doubts. I was told I could cancel my order. I said I don't want to cancel, I want item. Was I given a a discount on a the item I had to repurchase...NO! Not good customer service or good business practice. Either keep website up to date OR if a mistake is made, offer the customer a discount on the new item as they will definitely have to pay more for it! After shopping here for years, we are VERY disappointed and will not shop here again. Please see review before mine - VERY accurate & WEIRD COINCIDENCE - similar item!

Well, we took the triple slow cooker/warmer out of the box on Thanksgiving....THE WRONG COLOR! Unbelievable.

I give up. :-(
