Alfresia - Poor service

On 13 April I purchased a swinging seat from this company ,costing over £250.00 To date, 26/05/20, I have still not received it! The item was passed to a courier XDP Ltd Who are delivering it in parts. I cannot contact wither Alfresia Ltd or XDP Ltd

User's recommendation: Do not purchase anything from Alfresia Ltd, and never use XDP Ltd.
