Uber - Bogus Gift cards

In January this year I put on a $200 gift card from my grandmother,, it is now almost the end of May and I have not been able to use any of that. Ive been going back-and-forth with Uber customer service which is a joke, and gotten nowhere I repeatedly asked to get a gift card back so I can put it on my boyfriends Uber do you know avail. They have done nothing but asked me the same questions over and over again. Theyve given me no solutions and not only can I not use my gift card I cant use Uber at all or Uber eats. They will never help you they will never do anything to remedy the situation that they cost. The error message I get says to contact Uber help I look at that now and laugh my *** off. Uber wouldnt know the definition of help if you hit them in the face with a dictionary
