Verizon - To get help. I hate this new sysrem. I want to talk to someone

I went to the Verizon AP. Wouldn't take my password. Then the choosers didn't fit my need. I went I circle. Didn't understand what I was saying. Pushed to use online service. I hate using online services. Ask what I need I type it out. Then asked again how can I help, why even ask the 1st time if I have to repeat and repeat the same thing. I ever had a hard time finding the phone number today.
