Uber - Refund needed

The last ride I ordered was late and I ended up falling asleep and when I woke not a portion of the money for the ride was gone all of it was gone it basically looked like the rider didn't cancel he came and acted like he picked me up and dropped me to my destination

User's recommendation: Don't fall asleep even if the ride is going to take long cause they will play you.
