Texas Attorney General - Complaint

Well after weeks to solve something simple its still not resolved and they think the only problem is that my reservation was cancelled not that their employee committed fraud with malice. To be continued.... (They have no shame)

Pizza Hut - Complaint!!!!

The food was damaged by the delivery person and products never replaced and 4 complaints into company and not one reply to 2 written complaints 1 tweet 2 phone complaints Missing reward points 4 or 5 points missing no reply

Uber - Unauthorized charges on account

I received a message from Uber several months ago about someone attempting to use my account on the other side of the world and right away I emailed them to say that it was not me. Then a few week later they emailed me stating that another email account had been linked to my account and I emailed them back and said it was not me. Then they said I owed them 33.00 dollars and change and could not justify the expense all awhile they bounce me around from one agent to the next and not one single person is responsible for completing the task from beginning to end. This past Friday another unauthorized charge showed up after I had used the car service and then ordered food, 2hours later another charge showed up and no one can explain why or what. The company will pause your service if you owe them a dollar, but they can allow people to use your account on the other side of the world during a travel ban and ask you if that is you, not using their brain, and they can ask you if you added an account after they have allowed the account to be added and then not explain the outcome and claim that you owe them money when in fact it might have been their indiscretion that is the reason for the balance due to them. Still to date I do not have an answer to who used my account and who added another email account, but they got their money they were due that may nor may not have been from me using their service. Then this past Friday another magic charge shows up and I have yet to hear who charged it and why? So Uber/Uber Eats explain please. Or have your legal dept reach out to me.

I got automated message. longer than normal wait Covid staff impacted i think that this company has also decided to use Covid19 to their advantage. Aside from shutting down the world it also gave people an excuse not to follow through on their promises

DoorDash is useless and they are just getting on the bandwagon of food delivery because they see the success rate of the other companies but in the end they do not care for their clients. they have menus listed on their site and then you take the time to fill out the food order and when you get to the end and ready to checkout it says that it's not available. they send you a promo and when you go from the promo sent to your email and go to order the promo is not applicable in your area....then why send it? when you speak to their online help agent...they are useless and do nothing for you or they don't understand what you are saying to them because they don't speak english so they just hang up or they give you less than a minute to reply and if you don't they just hang up and say you have not replied in a while
