Logo Design Team Just Uses ClipArt & Won't Refund

I have recently had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience with this company (www.logodesignteam.com). They were great at first. They sent me the questions they wanted answered right away and got the first set of logos to me within a few days. Then the issues started. They did not take into account most of the things I wrote when answering their questions...colors, type of logo etc. I emailed detailed explanations of what I was hoping for. The 2nd round of logos came and it was like they didn't even read my email. I tried again...said maybe I wasn't being clear...asked them to please let me know if there are questions...I didn't get any response. Then I got another and another set of logos that just completely ignored my feedback. I finally stated that I wanted to be given a refund. This was after 4 weeks of trying to get them to pay attention to my requests. It has now been 3 more weeks since my first request for a refund. I have NO usable artwork and now almost 2 months of my time has been wasted. On a side note, the ONLY communication I get from them is this cut and paste email with new logo links attached. I cannot get a human being to actually respond to ANYTHING I’ve said or asked for. This has been SO FRUSTRATING. Because I was so unhappy with their designs I went online to create a logo myself. Within about 5 minutes of looking for stock images I found the clipart they used in my designs! They say VERY specifically on their website that no clip art will be used. My logo was supposed to have a cartoon animal in it...in one Google search for cartoon images of this animal I found all the clipart heads and bodies that they simply downloaded from Google Images. They took these copied images, added my company name and tried to call it a custom designed logo! Overall, as of today, I have lost 7 weeks of time, I have absolutely NO usable artwork (or even good ideas for that matter), they have my $199 and they are ignoring my requests for a refund. I even gave them notice that I would post my experience on every review site I could find and they still didn’t respond. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. I am now calling my credit card company to file a dispute and hopefully get my money back that way!
